Lamar played an out of rhythm game and some things got sloppy, but marched them from the 1 yard line to here and did nothing poor here IMO. Threw a PI ball and didn't get it. Should've been ball at the one. Then they'd fumble on a qb sneak or something tho I guess

If you’re going to cherry pick plays, you might point out that this play would’ve never happened if they called the leg whip in the end zone at the beginning of this drive. The chiefs would’ve gotten a safety and the ball. Refs miss some calls. It’s the nature of the game. Get over it.

"He (Luke) knew the play was coming and I regret not playing it with him. Luke reacts, he sticks his foot in the ground and takes off and smokes Demaryius Thomas on the play. If anyone thinks this is a red card they have no clue about football 😂😂😂 1. It’s not even a foul 2. Even if it is gave as a foul it’s not a yellow card foul 3. The ball is nowhere near him at ANY point for this to be gave a yellow or a red card IF a foul was gave 4. If you’re giving fouls for this you’re giving a foul every second of a game 5. Even if this was a yellow card, which it wasn’t, VAR can’t intervene to give a yellow card It’s a contact sport. But he’s literally throwing himself to the ground the SECOND Tavernier touches him. He doesn’t pull him or push him. This guy went to Goodwill and found a clock, so he bought it... I bet he opened it up and saw the contents before buying, so of course it was worth the $6. As he was heading to his car, a couple was persistently trying to purchase it from him for $100. They more than likely were the original owners, trying to get there few hundred bucks back. Would you have done the same thing as this guy? Or made a deal with the other folks?

Here is both the sideline and end zone view of the big miss from Hurts to AJ in the loss to the Broncos My thoughts on the play: ** AJ definitely slows up. If he doesn’t I’m not sure it is completed but it has a much better chance to be a TD. But no question him slowing up was a big reason why it wasn’t completed. ** Hurts holds onto the ball a tick longer than he should have, a theme in the game. I don’t think that is why it is incomplete but it didn’t help. ** I think AJ slowed up because he felt the ball wasn’t coming since he was already so far down the field and it hadn’t been thrown yet. To me that is probably the result of frustration from that happening a lot this season as opposed to solely on this play. ** Bottom line is this has to be a TD. This isn’t a backup QB to a No. 3 WR. This is Hurts to AJ. They needed the play and it didn’t get it done. ** Most concerning part of the play to me isn’t that it was incomplete. That is bad but it will happen. We ran the ball pretty good yesterday but there was more hay to be had. Gainwell has been a godsend for this team and offense. All he does is produce, but he missed one here on the first run play of the game. This is an example of how an OL can block something up as intended, and it still not get the yardage it should, due to timing and patience. It got better as the game went on. Importance of sticking with the run…especially in December/January. #HereWeGo
