Locals in Hillingdon take down a traffic light with a ULEZ camera on it in their West London neighbourhood. This is in protest of Sadiq Khan's policy where drivers are charged £12.50 for driving within London with a non-ULEZ compliant car. Police are forced to turn up at the scene

These vandals have cost #Londoners £10m already destroying these #ULEZ cameras Personally I quite like breathing clean air I hope they all get arrested for aiding and abetting a crime

DC Councilmember Trayon White Sr. arrested for accepting $156,000 in bribes to influence city contracts. Accused of using his position to push for contract renewals worth millions, White faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted.

Just wait until everyone’s council tax goes up next year to pay for all the damage 😑

Bonus points for blocking a cycle lane !! 👍

traffic lights are there for a reason/to STOP people getting killed/ulez cameras are there to STOP people with OLD cars polluting the air more than it is already/so the ulez cameras whether we like them or not/STOP people dying of lung related diseases/whats wrong with that? its

Congratulations on making the road more dangerous for pedestrians, hope you feel so very proud of increasing risk to the most vulnerable road users.

The usual suspects

If your car is less than 18yrs old (E4), you don’t pay. This seems to have been lost in the narrative. If your car is 18+, you are likely able to get £2k (Scrappage). I have a feeling this lot don’t know that… ULEZ is a textbook example of why proper public comms matter.

That's disgusting. It's a crossing. Now pedestrians can't cross safely. Not to mention the blocked cycle lane.

Excellent. #ULEZ is a #PollTax - our cars already get MOT emissions tests
