The AH-56 was way ahead of its time and imo was a better helicopter than the AH-64 and could have been a great platform had it been given a chance to grow

Somebody recently asked me about the Lockheed AH-56 Cheyenne and I knew nothing but I just ran across this badass footage. My understanding is that it was built to replace the Cobra but rising cost ended the program. More details and link to awesome video in comments🤘😎👇
