Loco pilot is unaware that this project was conceptualised during Vajpayee era, construction initiated during Manmohan Singh era and Nitish Kumar and completed during Modi era. Before you could even think, some actual patriots thought about a train to Kashmir while Ashwini Vaishnaw’s credit is making reels more than anything.

Ratlam Division PRO Mukesh Kumar says, "...We also received the video through social media. We conducted an inquiry, and the concerned department confirmed that the location... The video falsely claims that it was a DEMU passenger train. That is completely incorrect. It was a goods train. The goods train was stopped at the home signal in accordance with railway rules because engineering work was underway ahead, and the signal had not been cleared. During this time, the person seen getting down from the train was a spare driver. The main loco pilot and assistant loco pilot remained inside the locomotive. Therefore, both claims made in the viral video, that the loco pilot stopped the train to buy snacks and that it was a passenger/DEMU train, are completely false and baseless. The train was halted solely because the signal had not been cleared due to the engineering work ahead. It was a goods train, not a passenger train."

VANDE BHARAT: At 100 kmph on the world's highest railway bridge The Vande Bharat train has, for the first time, operated at a speed of nearly 100 kmph on the world’s highest railway bridge over the Chenab River, following the Railway Ministry’s approval to increase the maximum permissible speed on the Katra-Banihal rail section. The approval allows trains to run at speeds of up to 100 kmph on the 111-kilometre-long new broad gauge rail section between Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra and Banihal under the Jammu Division of Northern Railway. Earlier, the permissible speed was 85 kmph on the Katra-Sangaldan section and 75 kmph on the Sangaldan-Banihal section. With this approval, this special train is expected to cover the travel time between J&K's capital cities of Jammu and Srinagar in around three and a half hours.
