Kimi is good no doubt, but for a scenario where I use Kimi using hermes and through ollama cloud is pretty slow and wasteful.

design benchmarks are the new vibes benchmarks — one prompt screenshot proves nothing. run both on a 50-file refactor with test suites and the gap becomes obvious fast. open source + cheap is great for prototyping though, Kimi's getting better at a scary pace.

I see this pattern everyone adding videos and think they achieved "creativity" no matter the model. Videos look good until you haven't optimized. Real creativity is winning the feel of the visitor, balance, appeal so on.
