great breakdown. It’s LeBron and it’s not particularly close anymore

I can’t take these arguments seriously when the bad faith comes in. I didn’t make it past: “Everytime Mike hit the peak of powers he HAD to retire bc he was maxed out physically and mentally” This is inherently not true. He didn’t retire BECAUSE he was maxed out mentally and physically in 1993. Was he mentally and physically exhausted? Yes. But that can be true (Bron talked about how tired he was in 2018 multiple) times & not be THE reason he retired. The retirement press conference in 93 is easily accessible and debunks this. Multiple times actually. He literally retired and then played another sport. In 1998 his team was rebuilding bc the owner and the coach were beefing. So much so they THREE-PEAT, won their 6th title in 8 years, and the GM refused to bring the coach back. And Pip wasn’t trying to re-sign bc of the beef he had with that same FO. So instead of be part of a rebuild or move his family at age 35 he retired. Trying to make retiring after 3-peating and winning 2 MVPs in 3 years TWICE a strike against someone’s greatness is wild.

Exactly...jordan and lebrons peaks are arguable..(even tho nobody can even agree what Lebrons peak even is...is it 2009, 2013, 2016, or 2018?) But the sustained greatness isnt even an argument Lebron clears, easily

🎯 It's always good to see someone actually using their brain cells in these "arguments."

JORDAN IS THE GOAT 💯

agreed bron has lapped the field

Mj is greater and better. Did more in less time, Did more in more meaningful games, Won more in those meaningful games, never folded on the biggest stage (Lebron has multiple times). You’re not gonna act like playing as a top 10 player when u get old makes u the goat-

ain’t nothin greater than 6-0 Ain’t no bigger icon in the game than the Jumpman , not even the logo

NBA changed rules to increase scoring. LeBron is a product of that. What matters is they are both great, the rest is subjective… unless u consider scoring titles, MVP and championships in a much more defensive game back in MJ era😂 6-0 finals is impressive but it’s a team sport

The fact MJ still has a case for GOAT even under stipulations that were laid out intentionally for Bron to have the upper hand shows you who the 🐐 really is. Yall also leave a lot of context out of the argument. For example to get a ring Bron had to form a superteam 🤷🏼♂️
