My mum has made an improvement after I called the police and an ambulance removed her from Woodside Court in Glenrothes last night. She's awake and eyes open and able to respond to me. The NHS staff confirmed she was very poorly thanks I believe to the lack of care in the home clearly not been eating or drinking fluids and has an infection. I'll be making a written complaint please don't leave your family members in the hands of these for profit care homes. Then consulting a lawyer time to make those responsible to pay.
