Looks like many could benefit from a course in basic economics. Just wait for the repercussions that will occur as a result of the One Fair Wage ordinance. #Chicago #BrandonJohnson

@ChitownPatriot1 They made a lot more in tips than they'll get now.

I am not against the NO TIP wage for restaurants ppl but then STOP ASKING OR SHOWING US FOR 15% 20% 30% TIP PAGE on electronic pad or on the receipt...

Should be more like, work at McDonald’s while going to trade school. McDonald’s was never meant as a forever job, at least while I was growing up.

It’s had disastrous results in other cities.

If a tree falls in a forest and no one is there does it make a sound? If the one fair wage ordinance happens and 50% of the restaurants close or move to the burbs does anyone make one fair wage.

The restaurants will raise the prices and the customers will no longer tip. That’s fine with me. No more tipping.

Idiots

“From each according to his abilities, to each according to their needs” this is truly the road to serfdom

Kiosks for the win

It should become law that anyone in public office who make fiscal decisions federally and state/local should have a degree in economics. They would know how to run a balanced budget. And spend efficiently which is deflationary.
