Here I have a query. I Read that thick ascending limb of Henle is physiologically impermeable to water. Then how water is leaving or secreting from TAL of Henle?

the TAL does not directly secrete or remove water. Instead, it actively transports ions, creating an osmotic gradient that facilitates water reabsorption in the collecting ducts located further down the nephron. I hope it helps 🤍
