✨ I made a 100% AI video of a single night in 🇩🇪 Berlin's underground techno scene Doing an AI shoot is very much like a real life shoot, you have to prepare locations, settings, outfits and models, you can do the same: 1) First I generated photos with the [ 🇩🇪 Berlin nightlife ] photo pack on they're all non-existing AI people except me and my gf 2) Then I put the pics I liked in Kling AI to make them into 10 second videos (with Professional Mode), soon I'll have API access and it'll be one-click inside Photo AI to turn a photo into a 10-sec video, it then takes about 5 minutes to make a video. It's not always great, especially dancing is hard to get right! 3) Then I wanted to have a German narrator talking about Berlin's techno nights in a poetic way like a documentary, so I asked ChatGPT 4o: "write in the style of a cult German novelist about the Berlin techno scene" I then copied that text into Eleven Labs and selected a German AI voice 4) I then collected all the videos, the music and the audio narrator and edited them together in Final Cut Pro adding music from HÖR and adding audio effects 5) Then I added English captions with CapCut Time to make it: 3 hours for 1 minute of video I hope you like it! My dream is to have this entire pipeline in Photo AI at some point. Connecting to Kling AI's video API is the first step to that. This is the best scene in Hell Grind, an entirely AI-made movie, the flashback. Watch it and read this analysis on where we are with AI movies today: time, cost, quality. Overall: Phenomenal technical demo by Higgsfield. Mediocre movie. Good graphics, hints of emotion, but superhero movie level quality in certain scenes at best. Too many cuts. That said, 660x fewer man hours, 50x faster and 36x cheaper than the median US film. Time: The 95 min film took 15 people 14 days. The median US theatrical production takes ~200 people ~2yrs. That’s a 660x improvement in man-hours and 50x in calendar time. Economics: It took $500k, 80% of which was compute. The final footage was cut from ~100hrs of footage generated from text to video / image to video models like Bytedance’s Seedance: a 64:1 “curation” ratio. The median US movie takes ~$18M, with even indie films costing $1-5M. Thats 36x cheaper than median. Quality: Average watch *at best*. Way too many cuts between shots, several characters change accents and have “AI” synthetic voices and characters feel like it’s AI too. Movement, editing and blocking feel artificial too. On the plus side, we’ve more or less solved character consistency, camera angles and realism. The reason the movie wasn’t amazing was more about poor directorial choices than innately unusable video models. Hard to put a number on it but maybe we’re at ~90% on quality that is technically achievable. If Scorsese made an AI movie, I reckon it would be quite good. I know the visceral reaction to anything AI is real and well-studied. But I think it’s folly to fight the inevitability of AI film. It’s too cheap and quick to ignore and almost there on quality. Creators with distribution *will* make AI films and shows and just put them on YouTube. This is the worst quality, slowest and most expensive it will ever be. In the end, good content beats “real” content.

⭐️: What am I into these days? These days? These days, I kind of just… I think I’m living in a sort of "no‑thoughts" state. I don’t really have emotional ups and downs, just… I'm calm. I kind of, I don’t really know my feelings these days. Claude Code can ship a 45-second animated explainer ad in 30 minutes. No video editor needed, just CC + skills. Here's how I made this video for Soteri Skin 👇 1. /plan Concept Brief (Claude Code) I handwrite a concept brief, then chat with the agent to iterate on it. The agent gathers any raw materials we might need - context about the brand, product images, end card, etc. The concept brief details the concept, characters, visual style, script, etc 2. /prepare a moodboard (CC + GPT Image 2 + ElevenLabs) After reviewing the script, generate: - character reference images - voiceover samples for the characters / narrator - the storyboard (scene by scene grid) - a few keyframe scenes 3. /generate Keyframes for each scene (CC uses Nano Banana or GPT Image 2) Uses the character references from the previous step to generate keyframes for each scene. I probably should have done a round of iteration at this step – there's some character drift and the pH meter representation could have been better. 4. /animate Keyframe → Animated Clip (CC uses Fal Seedance) Generate 2-4 representative scenes first to see a preview. If it looks good, then generate everything. 5. /stitch (CC + ffmpeg + ElevenLabs) - Stitch clips together with hard cut - Add a music score + SFX - Sync clips to the VO - Add captions - Review and edit timing / pacing issues 6. /watch the final cut and review it - as a video editor for technical errors (mismatched voiceover and visuals, AI hallucinations, etc) - as a viewer (ICP). I delegate most of the review to the agent because it catches more things and keeps me out of the loop as much as possible. It also fixes any issues found in the review. That's it. This video took me 30 minutes because I have already created skills for everything I described above. Some day, this will be < 5 minutes. I just review and chat to provide direction and feedback. The skills do all the technical work. 7. /learn Extracts learnings and updates the skills. This final step is really important. It turns this process into a closed loop system that makes the next video much easier to create because all the learnings from the human-in-the-loop process get encoded into code. You guys asked for a deeper sim and that's what 2.9 is. Submitted. Rebuilt Avatars: Player avatars completely redone. 14 hairstyles, 8 skin tones, 6 hair colors, beard options, all at higher resolution. Over 50,000 combinations across the 4,700+ players the game generates. Coach avatars got the same revamp. Player Cards: Cards rebuilt from scratch to feel like a broadcast graphic. Team-color gradient hero that pulls each program's actual colors, oversized OVR display, archetype line, headline stat strip, and tabs for stats, ratings, game logs, and bio. Coaching Systems: Biggest gameplay shift in this build. You pick an offensive scheme and a defensive scheme and they change how your team plays. 6 offensive options (Run & Gun, Motion, Pick & Roll, Princeton, Post-Centric, Balanced) and 6 defensive options (Man, 2-3, 3-2, 1-3-1, Press/Trap, Pack Line). Run & Gun teams shoot more threes and turn the ball over more. Pack Line teams give up fewer paint points but allow more open looks. Same modifiers run in live games and background sims so your scheme matters either way. Scout Cards: Tap any team and you can now see their offensive and defensive playstyle laid out in full. Real game-planning is finally possible. Facing a Press team, you can scheme around it. Facing a 2-3 zone, you can prep your shooters. Pull up an opponent before tipoff and actually know what you're up against. Recruiting Pipelines: Recruit generation now mirrors real basketball geography. Top talent clusters in real hotbeds. This has got to be one of the BEST stories in sports card history, and it happened to me this morning. Warning: this story involved a $35,800 transaction, a German wedding, and Lamine Yamal This morning, I woke up and saw a Lamine Yamal /10 Base Prizms Gold NFT for sale on the #PaniniBlockchain for $35,800. I felt that the price was fair and I purchased at 5am. Seconds later, I get a dm from the anonymous seller on Instagram. “Hey this is Brian”. A German guy, few followers. What I learned next is nothing short of f*cking legendary. I’ll let him tell the story from here, and I’ll accompany the epic tale with photo and video proof. Sit down, and buckle up. “Two days before my wedding, the four of us—my best man, my wife, my cousin, and I—went out and bought a few Panini packs together. Just for fun, we agreed that each of us would keep one pack sealed and save it for the wedding day. The plan was to open them together after the ceremony and see what we got. What made it even more special was that my best man had never opened a trading card pack in his life. It was also my wife's first real experience with the hobby. My cousin and I had opened cards before, but none of us expected anything crazy. Our friend from Prime Collectors was there as well. Since he creates card content, he had his camera rolling the entire time, so every reaction you see in the video is completely genuine. ** Parodius Update ** The team - Pyron , Vector Orbitex and I have all been flatout busy .. still we have had time to do some wee bits on Parodius for Sega Genesis. Since last update : More colors !! the background now uses Interupt trickery to have 19 colors so far (from 16) . Just got it working today as the lazer interupts colliding with the color change interupts had to be sorted out. So there are more 3 more blues shades in the background. You can see index 0 and index 11 in the CRAM viewer re-using color indexes on the RHS as the screen draws. Theres about 9 interupts driving lazers and background updates now, the cpu sorting / setup is costing about 8 %cpu but I'll live with it for now. Stage 1 track reworked by Vector, reduced vgm size to 101 KB ! ( xgm2 further reduces this to 53kb ) And it also includes the choirs, recreated in FM and PSG sound. He promises further enhancements to come too. Vic Viper Shot and Lazer SFX added , Speed-Up , Lazer Announcer speed samples added . I'm very happy with how the voices turned out in particular , Pyron has supplied modified samples to get better volume levels. This commentary is interesting cause the person he’s describing is literally me One of the biggest reasons Xenoblade 1 is my favorite game of all time is because of how it answers & connects EVERYTHING. The Monado, faced Mechon, Telethias, Alvis — every plot point gets weaved into the story by the end with a answer + reasoning and I fucking LOVEEE that This is honestly why for me personally Xenoblade 2 & 3 don’t hit quite as hard as while the games are amazing, there’s multiple things that are brought up which never get answered at all or are left open-ended / ambiguous. And that’s perfectly fine for some people but it’s the type of shit that keeps me awake at night and going why tf didn’t they just say what the purpose of this scene was or what this thing meant 😭 But from all of this I do think Jake is really gonna love Xenoblade 2 / 3 now cause what he described in terms of how he cares more about the grounded stuff with the characters & party I do feel Xenoblade 2 & 3 excel better at since that is what those games are mainly about Will be very interesting to see the playthroughs for those but yeah sorry for the long tweet. Just wanted to get my thoughts on this out there because it really clicked why I love XC1 so much when he said this haha

If someone tells you Mercedes "Level 3" DrivePilot is more advanced than Tesla FSD, they are either clueless or lying to you. Mercedes DrivePilot: 1. Only works on certain models of the top end S class and EQS with special hardware. So only some versions of their most expensive car support it, or almost no cars. By contrast any Tesla built since October 2016 can run FSD. 2. Only works on pre-mapped highways in California or Nevada. By contrast Tesla FSD works on any road, highway or city streets across North America (and soon, Europe and China) 3. You must be in a traffic jam on the highway traveling under 40 miles per hour. By contrast FSD allows you to go up to 85 miles per hour. 4. You must have a vehicle right in front of you to follow, if they pull too far ahead you will be asked to take over. By contrast FSD does not require a lead vehicle. 5. You must have clear lane markings — if they are faded you will be asked to take over. By contrast FSD works without any lane markings. 6. Only works in good weather — if it's rainy, foggy, sun shining directly at car, etc you will be asked to take over. By contrast FSD works in a wide range of inclement weather conditions (but of course has limits too) 7. Only works in the daytime. Does not turn on at night. By contrast FSD works 24 hours a day. 8.
