Looting by rioters in Kano on Thursday... is it still a protest??

We will never attack any protesters, but we can apply justifiable force on rioters who are out to cause anarchy and subversion. Take note. The law permits that. And we will remain professional in our engagements. Every situation will be engaged professionally, tactically, and diplomatically. Always define your words because misuse of words is the greatest cause of error. There is a difference between a protester and a rioter. There is no room for anarchy in Nigeria. Not again. Thanks

What is the difference between these people looting and the political looter ???? As much as we don’t support looting at all levels ,if he people were not hungry they wouldn’t loot .. TINUBU had two whole weeks to address the issues and he did nothing.. Blame the government and not the people,hungry people don’t take advice from anyone .. Looting by politicians nationally has been going on for over 63 years and we have not heard anything from police about it

There is no justification for these but is this not a reflection of how hunger and poverty is dealing with the people. Secondly this people are suffering from lack of education and exposure… The government need to do better
