Lotus 1-2-3 v2.2 (1985)

It’s not the full 1-2-3 experience if you don’t have a pen plotter to output the charts. Or if you were really baller, an HP Laserjet.

Desbloqueaste un recuerdo de 1985 creo.... Jajajajajajaja

Essas pérolas trazem boas memórias. Kkkkkkkkkkkkkkk

Creating macros in 123 was enlightening to me. Like a first taste of automation.

Wysiwyg

When Microsoft Excel was trying to replace 1-2-3, there was a saying before a new version of the operating system was being released: DOS isn’t done until Lotus won’t run.

FoxPro db FTW

People don’t realize how revolutionary lotus 123 actually was at the time. Rumor is that when it was debuted to financial analysts and accountants in New York, some were dumbfounded. As modifying the tables for calculating, speculating, and statistics were literally the full-time job of many. And Lotus 123 could do the complex calculations with zero errors in seconds and minutes, what had taken them hours or days to accomplish.

and then there was Quatro Pro... ;)

What You Get Is What You See (genia Tina)

El bisabuelo del excel

9hr backup / export sessions to dBase and Peachtree. 🤣

Lo recuerdo

@IncelGato Lotus...

Seehhh.

I have used it

Me Yoro de nostalgia! 😭 Lo usé en la escuela en 1991

very useful that time😉

Wonderful memories

I never liked Lotus; I always preferred Supercalc with its feature that lets you specify which direction to move to the next cell after pressing Enter—something not even Excel offers to this day.

Loved Lotus Notes
