They twisted it into a license for racial discrimination in congressional districts. The Supreme Court corrected that today. Democrats don't get to carve out DEI districts based on race. These racial districts violate the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. Thanks for having me, Benny Johnson.
