A SQL database doesn't scale - you have to buy a bigger server and move your data over. Major weakness. $SNOW on the other hand has limitless horizontal scalability - you can add as many servers as you like. His speed argument is irrelevant for most apps. But nice try.

Who's fault is it that Oracle didn't make its database available in the public Cloud? And failed so badly in the Cloud that people are even questioning the viability of Oracle in the first place? Oracle won the "on-prem" database wars but lost the Cloud database wars.
