Day 27 of my 30-Day Water Fast. As we’re coming to the end, I can’t help but reflect on a moment earlier this month while I was running. I said out loud to my stream, “There is nothing I want more than to see my friend Ahmed start his fitness journey alongside me.” Yesterday, that prayer was answered. It’s one of the greatest feelings to not only be proud of your own progress, but to celebrate someone else’s as well. That kind of energy is unmatched. Tag your workout partner today. Let them know you appreciate them. Let’s keep getting these gains together. I’m beyond excited to be nearing the big day… I know y’all are patiently waiting to see what my first meal will be. You’re on a journey on this kind of lonely road with your car and your car suddenly develops a fault, You can’t call for help and your lines can’t be reached due to network issues, what do you do? Except the car will stop and the engine won’t come up again, please reduce your speed and accelerate softly till you get to a nearby town, if it is an overheating issue, keep driving, put the gear in the neutral position and switch off the engine and let the car keep moving, switch it back on when you have to ascend a hilly road and the car can’t move freely on its own again. If the battery signal comes up while driving, chances are that your alternator has failed, or the alternator belt is damaged, apply the same method and switch off your AC, radio system or anything that may drain the battery while driving till you get to a safe place. If it is a flat tyre, maintain a low speed till you get to a safe place to change and use your spare, keep moving. Yes!!! Damage that tyre till you get to a safe place, just keep moving and make sure you have a spare tyre always and it is in a good condition. If the engine suddenly goes off on top speed, chances are that a fuse is damaged and this is why I will make a thread on how to identify different fuses and how to have them fixed temporarily in case of Emergencies. If your car jerks or experiences a lazy movement while driving, it’s likely to be a fuel related issue, fuel pump most likely, switch off the engine intermittently and put the gear in Neutral position, keep moving… if the fuel pump rests for about 5mins, it’ll pick up back when you ignite the engine, this will/may at least take you to a safe place or where you can have access to network to make calls. If you hear strange sounds like knocking sounds or the oil signal starts to blink, relax and reduce your speed, keep moving. Manage it till you get to a safe place or can have access to network. If your gear/transmission system isn’t selecting well, apply the same method, reduce your speed but keep moving, slow movement is better than no movement, your life and safety matters a lot. Please note that there are some Mechanical issues that nothing can solve on the road except patience and just to pray to God for safety and help, for example, you run into a pothole unknowingly and the oil pan hits the road and your engine or gear oil leaks away, or your ball joint or tie rod head pulls out, I’ll suggest you leave the car there, roll up your windows and lock up the car and start trekking till you get network or help, staying with the car may make you vulnerable to attacks or attract unexpected company, just keep walking away from the car for safety. Dear Santy Claws, I was a good dog all year. Except that time I really had to 💩 and didn't wait until the bag was under me to catch it. And when I snarled at the border collie, but he was calling me names. I don't need very much. Just $449800.00 to get us a wheelchair accessible house with a properly adapted kitchen so making dog treats would be way easier, and we could play in the backyard and not have to worry about the wheelchair getting stuck in the snow when sidewalks aren't clear. But apparently that's a lot of money (the equivalent of many lifetimes of bones and supper) and you have a lot of good dogs to bring gifts to. It's important everyone get a little something. So maybe I could have a bone from the butcher shop? A nice, meaty knuckle bone? Or a few bully sticks? Can you bring Chesnyy something too? She likes stuffed toys but she eats their faces so maybe a new ball on a rope. She's been mostly good to, except for a few barks and the fact she always steals my bully sticks. I'll have a human cookie and adult beverage ready for you and reindeer snacks. I don't think we have a chimney and the main door to our building is locked overnight but if you send a DM I'll tippy paw down and let you inside. I know how to use the door buttons. Welp...FSD(V13.2.2) smacked right into a curb on the Cybertruck today...Both wheel caps are destroyed. I have re-watched the footage many times at this point and I am still puzzled as to why FSD decided to veer to the right. Quite frankly unacceptable behavior. To be abundantly clear, there was no one around me that would make FSD want to steer out of the way, I was not distracted at all and supervising the vehicle the entire time, and there was NO time to react to avoid this incident.. Thankfully no one was injured, and there seemingly is no additional damage to the vehicle or the wheels themself. Tesla AI team (Wes too), please feel free to use my vehicle's telemetry data or any additional data to look into this to avoid this happening in the future if you so choose. (DM me if any further info is needed) This is incredibly disappointing to me. I understand this is a "supervised" software but dang, does it sting when there is nothing you could have done to avoid this (Other than not using the software at all). To be clear, I still believe in the FSD mission, but I will not be using the software until the next revision. Lastly, and in some better news, the Tesla North America Ridgepoint service location did an incredible job at quickly checking my truck to make sure its safe to drive, and getting me some wheel covers IMMEDIATLY! As always, I appreciate you Ridgepoint team!

Check out this video that has the horse in the gate at 3/2 and 6/5 just a few steps later. That’s a drop of nearly 30 percent a few seconds into a race. Every loser felt like a loser. So did most winners. People who have accepted being victims or who actually come to the defense of CAWs by blaming others for not seeing the odds drops coming….. I’m just not with you. This stuff is exhausting, frustrating and very tough to deal with. Most important, it is unnecessary and doesn’t have to be this way. Imagine trying to dutch bets to equalize outcomes. I understand that I should use what I believe final off odds will be as opposed to the actual live tote board (not easy to do when acting directly against what your eyes are seeing). That’s an incredible leap of faith to plan on a 30 percent odds drop the moment the horses leave the gate (assuming that info could be gleaned from the will pays and other pools). This situation sucks. My best defense remains to bet fewer races, keep to tournaments more than regular cash play, and plan for the worst every time, but the better solution remains with the racetracks (who don’t seem to be in a hurry to upset their top customers).

WALK WITH ME GUYS Dear Sqah , Let me speak as a gynae doctor and brother, and I will be very clear. A Pap smear is not sex. A speculum is not a sexual organ. And cervical cancer screening is not infidelity, immorality, or a threat to your masculinity. A speculum is a medical instrument, designed to gently part the vaginal walls so a clinician can see the cervix. Nothing more. There is no pleasure involved. No intimacy. No competition. The fact that you feel 'threatened' by stainless steel or plastic tells me this is not about medicine, it is about insecurity, and it is misplaced. Now let us talk facts, since feelings are clearly louder than science here. Cervical cancer is caused almost entirely by Human Papillomavirus (HPV). HPV is a sexually transmitted virus, and most sexually active people, men included, will acquire it at some point. Women are screened because persistent HPV can cause cervical cancer. That screening saves lives. Full stop. But here is the part you seem not to know, and you must hear it plainly: HPV does not respect gender. The same virus that causes cervical cancer can also cause penile cancer, anal cancer, and cancers of the throat and mouth in men. There is no routine Pap smear for men. No easy early warning system. When HPV-related cancers appear in men, they often present late and outcomes are worse. So when your girlfriend attends a Pap smear, she is not “being penetrated.” She is protecting her life. And by reducing persistent HPV infection, she is also protecting yours. In other words: She is doing herself a favour. And she is doing you a favour. Now let me address the deeper issue,because it needs to be said. Jealousy of a medical procedure is not love. Control disguised as 'standards' is not morality. And ignorance spoken loudly is still ignorance. In 2026, it is frankly shameful that anyone still frames women’s preventive healthcare as a loyalty test. This mindset discourages screening, delays diagnosis, and contributes directly to avoidable deaths. That is not opinion, that is epidemiology. GM. #NoStrollers parenting has been the focus of this page and will remain so but going forward I will be adding several other parenting foci that have had profoundly positive and important impacts on my children and family. 1. *Socratic dialogue*. Thanks to Michael Strong Michael Strong for showing the way here and helping our family wield this proven, powerful, free educational (and relationship building) too. Shout out to Socrates, too. I will be sharing clips and links to the YouTube page that Michael and my now 12 year old daughter have been building since Alana was 3.5 demonstrating the what, why, how, and IMPACT of Socratic dialogue. Here is the Michael-Alana YT, and a recent representative clip is attached. 2. *Early Childhood Literacy*. If you are unaware, literacy levels in the USA are deplorable. The 'reading gap' is an active tragedy mentally crippling more than half of the young people in America. As a parent to be I was determined my child would be a a strong and early reader. Drawing upon my time as a volunteer reading tutor to 4th and 5th graders (!!) In San Diego, I composed alternate lyrics to the ABC song about how to read (the mechanics of reading), dubbed 'The Secind Verse to the ABCs.' My wife and I sang this verse to our children as often or more than any other kids song. We sincerely believe the 'Second Verse' strongly contributed to our children reading and comprehending chapter books by age 4. Reading well at a young age opened the world for them, as it did for me as a child. Almost nothing matters more than fostering a love of learning and strong reading skills at a young age. I hope you will sing and widely share the Second Verse. A few years ago I published a children's book of the same title featuring child-led Socratic dialogue to teach reading, and I will be sharing that as well (foreword by Mark Victor Hansen -- ty again Sir -- and afterword by Michael Strong). A soft cover version is available on Amazon and I have a couple hundred original hardcovers available too (DM me if interested). In the meantime, teach and sing the Second Verse to children! 3. *Healthy Kids Food". We raised children whose default is enjoy healthy foods including liver and sardines. I'll be sharing some of what worked for us. And yes I am anti-goldfish. Finally, don't forget that strollers (and mental strollers aka tablets) are suboptimal and deprive children of an enormous amount of invaluable time in the stream of life. Abandon them! GM. #NoStrollers parenting has been the focus of this page and will remain so but going forward I will be adding several other parenting foci that have had profoundly positive and important impacts on my children and family. 1. Socratic dialogue. Thanks to Michael Strong Michael Strong for showing the way here and helping our family wield this proven, powerful, free educational (and relationship building) too. Shout out to Socrates, too. I will be sharing clips and links to the YouTube page that Michael and my now 12 year old daughter have been building since Alana was 3.5 demonstrating the what, why, how, and IMPACT of Socratic dialogue. Here is the Michael-Alana YT, and a recent representative clip is attached. 2. Early Childhood Literacy. If you are unaware, literacy levels in the USA are deplorable. The 'reading gap' is an active tragedy mentally crippling more than half of the young people in America. As a parent to be I was determined my child would be a a strong and early reader. Drawing upon my time as a volunteer reading tutor to 4th and 5th graders (!!) In San Diego, I composed alternate lyrics to the ABC song about how to read (the mechanics of reading), dubbed 'The Secind Verse to the ABCs.' My wife and I sang this verse to our children as often or more than any other kids song. We sincerely believe the 'Second Verse' strongly contributed to our children reading and comprehending chapter books by age 4. Reading well at a young age opened the world for them, as it did for me as a child. Almost nothing matters more than fostering a love of learning and strong reading skills at a young age. I hope you will sing and widely share the Second Verse. A few years ago I published a children's book of the same title featuring child-led Socratic dialogue to teach reading, and I will be sharing that as well (foreword by Mark Victor Hansen -- ty again Sir -- and afterword by Michael Strong). A soft cover version is available on Amazon and I have a couple hundred original hardcovers available too (DM me if interested). In the meantime, teach and sing the Second Verse to children! 3. *Healthy Kids Food". We raised children whose default is enjoy healthy foods including liver and sardines. I'll be sharing some of what worked for us. And yes I am anti-goldfish. Finally, don't forget that strollers (and mental strollers aka tablets) are suboptimal and deprive children of an enormous amount of invaluable time in the stream of life. Abandon them! They're not marching toward a dream... they're marching toward a bag of flour... Everything here marches with the weight of famine... Faces are broken, but feet walk... Hearts are empty, but arms are outstretched... This isn't a line for food... this is a line for execution... From a distance, the scene looks like a huge crowd chasing life and disappointment.. The sand slopes are witnesses, and the clouds are witnesses, and everyone who has gone there and looked has witnessed the graves of people whose names are not written on their graves.. O sleeping world.. Do you know what it means for thousands of people to gather for a bag of flour?? Do you know what it means to sell your dignity, bet your body, and struggle with your hunger, not to live, but to postpone your death? This land does not scream.. This land rages with anger and oppression.. Under every foot is a story, and under every bag of flour is a mother's sigh, or a farewell kiss that wasn't fulfilled... or a martyr's bone that hasn't yet been buried... Here, people walk in a mass funeral, no one knowing who has died and who will die in the coming minutes... The scene is too great to describe and more painful than any language can express.. Here we are tempted with food to be killed.. Last night, boxes came in. I was intending to go feed my family and children, but I had a long shift at the hospital.. Maybe I'll get lucky in the next few days.. the prices are crazy... the black market is completely merciless... When you enter the markets, you feel indescribable cruelty in all transactions, as if you were in a battle. There is no mercy, no consideration, and no sense of the crisis or the people. Third, prices are astronomical, far beyond people's means, for no justification other than greed. My friends and loved ones.. I felt it, a lot of you felt it. So here's what I'm doing about it - I am getting into the system. Over the weekend I leased out a 3000+ sq ft space to convert into a deep AI research incubator in Indiranagar, Bangalore. Been building this little brand for almost three years now with Grant Eastey and Ejay ODonnell. That’s my wife and I packing our first orders in our tiny garage that couldn’t even fit a car. But in the end the garage found its purpose. There’s something special about just going for it. We just wanted to make some hats for dads that we didn’t see out there for ourselves. Everything else was dad bod humor, mowing the lawn, ugly sneakers, etc. Being a dad is so much more than that. Being a dad really isn’t any of that funny stuff. That’s just the weird brand social media has given us. We’re about to cross half a million hats sold soon and still see ourselves in that tiny garage. Just trying things. Seeing what happens and doubling down if it works. The brand has become so much more than we ever imagined. I don’t enjoy the notion of becoming a “DTC brand”, just become a brand. Become a community and movement. You should see the notes we get from customers saying our hat helped them become better parents, our hat helped them keep trying to have children, our hat brought their kids joy when their dad passed away, our hat showed up and changed the life of someone deciding if they wanted to go on. I don’t care about the metrics. Obsession over CAC and ROAS won’t create this. Building something with meaning is so beyond any of the acronyms we see here on a regular basis. At the end of the day it’s all about trying. You just need to try. It’s as simple as that. I used to think there’s so much to risk by trying. At the end of the day it’s usually ego or fear. And two things are true. Ego decisions are solely based on your perception of what you’ll look like to others, which will never matter in the end. The second thing is fear. Fear usually only lives within YOU. Nowhere else. You make it up and decide how to act from it. Greatness is on the other side of fear. There’s no pressure over here. I was born into project buildings in Poland. “Making it” happened long before the brand started. Making it was getting out of Poland and into the US at the age of 7. On our pod yesterday Nate Lagos📈 asked me why I even stay on X when having a successful brand. The answer is simple. I personally want to give away as much free game as possible. I don’t know it all, not even close. But I want to help others break through and get their ideas into motion. Everyone is charging for courses and slack access. I get it, but it’s not how I care to move. There’s plenty to go around for everyone and if I can help then I’d love to. Gate keeping is weird. Pass it on. Help others win. Looking back at my time in that tiny garage I miss it. The excitement of a new idea forming. Hand packing every order and writing notes. Not caring if it works but trying and having fun. Going for it. To this day. 95% of all creative is Canva and iPhone. Free Shopify theme. I run all marketing. No employees. Great partners. It’s beautiful. One more time. JUST GO FOR IT.

An Anthropic engineer watched my screen from the next table at a cafe in SF. "Are you running Claude against live prediction markets right now" I told him yes. This past weekend I won Smashkatoon 100, the largest Melee bracket in Saskatchewan history and a celebration of a wonderful community. I have never wanted to win a tournament so badly in my entire life... now it's over. Smashkatoon was my last large bracket I was planning on entering. Life moves fast and my passion for the game and community can't seem to keep up. I've met some amazing people in my travels, and have had some fantastic times. I still love the game, but my serious competition days have long felt over, Smashkatoon was my one last ride. Shoutouts to Mono, Schmeez, and Egg$ for coming out. That meant the world to me. Thank you to everyone for an amazing 10 years of Smash, 12 year old me couldn't imagine making it this deep into the weeds of it. Thank you to my brother Dunc for getting me into it in the first place and being my guardian at events. Thank you to Paul for driving me to events and smashfests. Thank you Matty and Zach for showing me how cool being good at the game is and teaching me so much. Thank you to the RGF boys for sharing my passion for something I loved. Happy 5th Anniversary to Everyone ❤️ Since the birth of our NFSC, we’ve walked a powerful path through storms and sunshine and Mr. Miles Guo didn’t just help us - He awakened us and he taught us Truth, Love, Courage through the movement and this is more than a fight - This is Family, this is Faith, this is History in the making. I don’t have the right to speak for others and I never will but based on what I’ve seen - The Alliance and our Great Fellow Fighters didn’t just fight but they protected, they bled, they sacrificed, they stood tall when it hurt the most and their bravery has become the heartbeat of our movement and this is the reality, not a story or a rumor and from my point of view, it’s only going to get better and stronger. With all due respect to Brothers and Sisters, let’s take a moment to show more appreciation towards the great people around us, those in the Alliance, your Farm, your Fellow Fighters who are showing up with intelligence and courage, both online and offline activities and I truly mean this to everyone from every part of the world - One of the greatest way to stay United is by sharing Love, Respect, Support, Advice, Experiences with one another, all under the one and only important goal is to grow stronger together and fight against CCP, a journey that has been incredibly tough and long but deeply meaningful. For a very long time - I kept hearing the same question over and over again: People asked with worry, when will Mr. Miles Guo come out ? But ever since 3.15, my mind has been holding onto just one question that I keep asking myself every single day: Why would he choose to stay inside when he had the option to be free outside ? IN MY PERSONAL OPINION, it's because he wants to make it clear to everyone that he prioritizes his mission to TAKE DOWN THE CCP over his own freedom - That’s why I’ve never spent even a second believing he couldn’t get out because the people behind him is massive and there’s no such thing as 99% - It’s a 100% chance he could be released if he chose to make the call... Most importantly, please don’t misunderstand: the FACT is that he is a PURE, CLEAN, INNOCENT PERSON who has done absolutely nothing wrong and everyone knows it - CCP, the West, the Families knows it pretty well and they know far more than all of us combined and whether people agree or not, it doesn’t change the fact that he was a good person, a man of his word, a man who never backed down from doing what’s right and good for the Chinese people.

Reading with your baby isn’t always as simple as it might seem. Earlier this week, a parent asked how I’d advise reading to a toddler who may not have the attention span for a full book and who, when handling them, often tears the pages. I’m so glad you asked! This fantastic video, shared to TT a couple years back by hanzcakess, illustrates both the realities of - and several important lessons for - parents and caregivers when it comes to reading with infants and toddlers. First, when reading with very young children it’s important to begin with realistic expectations. At this little guy’s age (which I’m going to guess is around a year, give or take 2 months) babies‘ attention spans are VERY limited. Think 1-2 minutes tops. What does that mean for you? First it means that you’re unlikely to make it through an entire book. And that’s just fine. Rest assured that there’s still great value in the activity. Further, don’t be surprised if your child is more interested in interacting with (or at the earliest stages, even chewing on) the book itself rather than attending to the story it contains. That’s ok too. For both reasons, beginning with sturdy, laminated board books is well advised. Not only do these tend to be super short (with most intended to accommodate for babies’ brief attention spans), but they’re made to withstand the rigors of handling by infants and toddlers. Now, some might look at this video and (on first glance, at least) see primarily inattention. But not me! Here’s what I see: First, I see a completely normal toddler who’s already putting some really impressive book knowledge on display. Notice he’s advancing front to back and left to right as he turns pages sequentially. They’ve done this often. Also want to shout out what a truly fantastic job Dad is doing here. Notice that he’s totally letting his son dictate the terms the activity. He’s not insistent on completing the text, but goes with the flow as his son turns the pages. As the pages turn he’s helping to illustrate that the print on each one contains a unique message. And he’s singing the text! Brown Bear is a great book for this and many board books lend themselves particularly well here. Your baby isn’t judging your singing voice. Kudos on making the experience engaging. In light of all the above, don’t be afraid to stray from the text altogether as needed and use this time to simply engage in conversation about the pictures and introduce some new vocabulary. Finally, while lap reading is fantastic, at this age you may also find benefit in reading face to face, allowing your child to tune into your expressions alongside the book. Remember, there’s nothing your baby loves seeing more than you. Rest assured this stage doesn’t last forever. You’ll be snuggling up for longer sessions in no time. Now, some might look at this video and (on first glance, at least) see primarily inattention. But not me! Here’s what I see: First, I see a completely normal toddler who’s already putting some really impressive book knowledge on display. Notice he’s advancing front to back and left to right as he turns pages sequentially. They’ve done this often. Also want to shout out what a truly fantastic job Dad is doing here. Notice that he’s totally letting his son dictate the terms the activity. He’s not insistent on completing the text, but goes with the flow as his son turns the pages. As the pages turn he’s helping to illustrate that the print on each one contains a unique message. And he’s singing the text! Brown Bear is a great book for this and many board books lend themselves particularly well here. Your baby isn’t judging your singing voice. Kudos on making the experience engaging. In light of all the above, don’t be afraid to stray from the text altogether as needed and use this time to simply engage in conversation about the pictures and introduce some new vocabulary. Finally, while lap reading is fantastic, at this age you may also find benefit in reading face to face, allowing your child to tune into your expressions alongside the book. Remember, there’s nothing your baby loves seeing more than you. Rest assured this stage doesn’t last forever. You’ll be snuggling up for longer sessions in no time.
