Loving the game doesn’t make you weird. Debating players, breaking down performance it’s culture. Y’all obsess over Duke Dennis & Chris Brown, we appreciate Angela White, Gem Jewels & Cherokee D’Ass. Stop confusing passion with obsession.

It would be easy to call out the defense for this one, but the issue is complete lack of game management. It’s been an issue for years and it must improve. There are 10-15 passes that second half where Utd really would have benefited from controlling the game more — but lose possession from bad decisions. Like, 60 minutes into the game when Everton has pinned us down in our own end and we are up 1-0, it is impossible to justify from a risk/reward perspective to try to make a low percentage pass in behind the defense to a Sesko running down towards the corner flag just after we have won possession. All United fans knows how it feels like when you are down a goal against City and they just play off 15-20 minutes. How can they be so good at it? Check the videos from the City documentary. I couldn’t find the best clip I’ve seen, but the below is a good example. Pep is absolutely losing his mind after players losing possession of the ball. In another video he literarily starts to cry. United doesn’t have to become City II. But this is an area we just must improve and it’s long long overdue. It really is as simple as this. If you are patient and get enough players up pitch — the opponent must defend with the same numbers. If you lose the ball in that position when the opponent is defending with 10 players in the lap of their keeper — it is very hard for an opponent to counter attack on you effectively. So you get every chance to win the ball back even if you lose it. When we have a lead in a game like this — we just can’t help ourselves. Give it 15 seconds and a Dalot or Maguire or Rashford or Bruno or Cunha or Mbuemo will try a play to get into a scoring chance. This must improve and it must improve soon.

2001 NBA WCFinals on TNT Sports U.S. Lakers vs. Spurs [speaking on Kobe 🐍] • Danny Ainge: “Well Kevin (both Kobe & Shaq) are playing great, but Kobe is being called by Shaq the best player in the NBA. Shaq is referring to (Kobe) as his idol.” ——————————————————— San Antonio Spurs🏴‍☠️ players commenting on their game plan: • SF Sean Elliot “We definitely have to have people come & collapse (on Kobe)… hopefully he’ll pass the ball out or force a bad shot. When you let someone like (Kobe) dictate what he wants to do.. you are in for a LONG NIGHT. • Guard Antonio Daniels “Keep (Kobe) in front of you… that’s all you can do. Even thought it’s easier said than done you have to make him elevate over you & HOPE he misses.” ——————————————————— Ainge: “I like what those guys said.. (but) the twin towers have to step up their game, they played more like the twin sisters in game 1, and speaking of twin towers.. let’s got to Craig Sager WHO IS WITH THE GUY TOWERING OVER EVERYONE 🐍.” Sager: “The Spurs say they are going to try to make you a passer, & (only) a jump shooter. Do you expect a brick wall down there?.” Kobe: “We are going to read it and see.” Sager: “Shaquille O’Neal said after the first game WHAT A LOT OF PEOPLE THOUGHT, that you are the best player in the league. Coming from Shaq what does that mean to you?” Kobe: “Well it’s a huge compliment, but the most important thing is just moving on and playing tonight’s game.”

Athletico Madrid 5 v 2 Spurs We are in to all free fall and I’m not sure how we can’t stop it. I’ve seen some things in my time as a fan of this club but the first 22 mins of this game was just unbelievable the anger and disbelief among the fans was intense and to make it worse we had to watch this shit show thru a giant net 😡 This club should refund every single one of us for this performance. Did the heavy rain really cause Our players to not be able to stay on their feet slipping non stop one horror show after another first Kinsky then MVDV then Kinsky again with a shocking mistake you could see the kid wanted the ground to swallow him up but after 18 mins should Tudor of subbed him off he chose the kids ffs the players ran to him tonight he’s lost the dressing room for sure Solanke,Gallagher and Palhinha went down the tunnel with the keeper tells you everything the manager didn’t even console him utter disgrace. As much as I don’t rate Vicario should Kinsky of started such a big game it’s on the manager imho. At 4-0 fans started to leave who can blame them but great play on the left by Richy set up Porro. Alvarez and Greisman pulled us all over the place. To cap it all as I left Romero and Palhinha went down after a clash of heads concussion that could well mean both out of Liverpool with NVDV 🤦🏻‍♂️🥲 P45 for this manager tonight Our club is slowly dying and ENIC are behind it RIP Tottenham Hotspur the club we all 💔 Will fans boycott the return leg at home ? #COYS 🤍💙

Houston Black business owner Kashelle Kelly shared her ratings and commentary on the ridiculous reviews about #MamaTinasGumbo at RODEOHOUSTON. She offers her experienced expertise on commercial food selling and preparation. She also addresses how it’s often your own people coming online with hateful comments for clicks and views. SN: I found it ridiculous that Black people came online lying—especially you weird stan Barbs of Nicki Minaj, Tory Lanez, and Drake. A lot of y’all have mental issues and hateful spirits. There were idiots not from Texas, the South, or familiar with Houston Rodeo culture/lifestyle spreading online lies. I also saw over-the-top New Orleans/Louisiana complaints about the gumbo, full of known lies. Everyone in New Orleans or Louisiana doesn’t make roux the same—some like it dark, light brown, or brown; some even like it dark black. Some prefer thick, medium-thick, or thin roux. I’ve seen people in Louisiana and New Orleans put oysters, lobster, turkey necks, boiled eggs, or chicken feet in gumbo, so the audacity y’all had regarding this gumbo was wild. Ms. Tina literally said it was a hybrid gumbo, and they (her two partners) were testing it at the Rodeo. May I add, the two guys are related to Daniel Smith—Solange’s ex-husband and father to Julez—which I stated last year before anyone else knew. They’re from Louisiana/Texas too, so comparing it to “Louisiana gumbo” when even folks there don’t all do it the same is asinine. The complaints about having crab shells or shrimp shells in the gumbo are normal—that’s how I knew y’all were fabricating lies. It just shows a lot of the reviews were fabricated lies and exaggerations. But if it was a white establishment, y’all wouldn’t dare say it online the way y’all attacked a Black person. I mean, y’all are on Elon’s app right now, and he posts racist stuff about Black people every day, yet I don’t see one Black person besides me calling him out. McDonald’s ice cream machine is always out, but y’all still go… right?? Y’all still shop at Target… right?? Bottom line: y’all did way too much because you’re evil and hateful. You could’ve critiqued better if the reviews were genuine. Whatever love y’all didn’t get inside y’all home, Ms.Tina or her partner Adrian had nothing to do with that. Do better. #rodeohouston #GUMBOGATE #opionionatedtruthspodcast 💎🍾 Akiresatmidnight The OG helios solange knowles Roc Nation Big Mama, your ARM! yvette nicole brown Julez XXL Magazine Red Media Complex FOX26Houston

I can’t get over it… White people on the left saying racism is inherent in America, or in all White people, but somehow it doesn’t apply to them? For these Blacks on the left it doesn’t apply to their White friends. Some of you Black folks have one White parent, don’t hate them? The word “inherent” means that it applies to all White people and can’t be changed. It’s a ridiculous reverse racist idea, but furthermore it’s impractical because what are you fighting for exactly then? Oh… You hate yourself and America and this is just an exercise of your own personal despair. The truth is you’re too cowardly to kill yourself, so you project the slow rot of your own psyche onto our nation. Seek God, go to therapy, help the homeless, but stop with the sadomasochism. There is a spiritual, cultural and political crisis in America. But it all stems from an intellectual crisis. The spirit and the intellect are inextricably linked. We have lost it and I’m embarrassed this is what our political dialogue has devolved into. I don’t even think people are interested in the truth anymore, if we were our country would look different from top to bottom. Then to avoid any real change that’s actually achievable, we fight, because chaos is easier than solution. There’s a solution and running for office people always ask me about policy. 1st things 1st, my policy is tell the truth. Stop with all the nonsense. Stop lying so damn much. Both parties are broken and we all know it, but we still need government because most of you couldn’t survive without it. So we trade a little liberty to function. That has little to do with party, we could create new parties and they’ll still just be a function of how we choose to live as Americans. The problem isn’t the parties, they suck, the problem is us. This battleground is silly though… We have to have a border and illegal immigrants need to go back. Don’t say it’s not about deportations, you all were at the rally on Friday chanting “not down with deportations.” I’m sorry to say it, I’m as limited government as they come but come on… This is absurd. You better not be at those schools teaching our children to interfere in arrests. You all loved the government when Dr. Fauci was lying to us about COVID. Some of you are still wearing masks out there now. No telling how many of you took the vaccine. It’s ok! You can let it go. Not just COVID, but the entire political theater, just let it go. How I Build My Teams I always liked the idea of ‘possession football’: - Control the game. - A tool to develop players. - The opponent can’t score without the ball. But I built it the wrong way: “Keep the ball. Find a gap to attack.” This turned into “side-to-side” passing. It was boring and ineffective. \ The idea. So, I flipped the idea: Instead of controlling to attack, we attack to control. Play as vertical as possible (while maintaining control). If not possible, pass back. Avoid sideways passes. For better connections and counter-press, we use a vertical, narrow structure: These simple decisions lead to short, vertical, and diagonal passes. This is what I call 'vertical possession' football. \ Make it work. The idea is simple. The execution is not. Over the years, I’ve worked to close the gap between vision and reality. (watch example below) My goal is to get closer to my vision every day. But as Vince Lombardi said: “Perfection is unattainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence.” Here’s my plan to 'catch excellence': 1. Build it my way. Ignore opinions. Opinions lead to conformity. We reduce our philosophy to its essence—and build from there. Everything else is a distraction. 2. Stick to it. We limit ourselves to core principles, and stick to them. When there’s a problem, we don’t change the idea—we improve its execution. 3. Eliminate waste. Building a style of play is like carving a statue. You start with a block of marble and chip away everything unnecessary. All that’s left is the sculpture. We do the same. We cut every unnecessary touch and step: - Fewer touches mean we need less time and space. We have more space to be creative. - The simpler it gets, the more recognizable the style. 4. Obsess over the players. We don’t adapt to opponents. We focus on our players. That's what matters in the long run. When our ideas work, we can compete against anyone. 5. Develop technical and creative players as a by-product. - Possession: Many touches to refine technique. - Vertical: No “easy” sideways passes. Learn to play in tight spaces. - Control: Avoid hectic football. Control the ball to make deliberate decisions. 6. One Training Structure. We compress our philosophy into one structure. Then, we repeat it every session. We make our style of play a habit. And we develop the tools to execute it. 7. Master a Few Exercises. We repeat a small set of core games over and over. We focus on improving execution, not on new drills. The better we execute, the faster we get to our vision. 8. Bottleneck Coaching. We can’t predict what happens, so we don’t over-plan. Instead, we prepare for what might happen. This liberates our coaching: Rather than sticking to pre-planned coaching points, we solve the most critical issue—the bottleneck. 9. Competition Drives Development. Games are the core of our training. Players compete to win. They force each other to get better and better, session after session. 10. Positive Team Culture. I used to react with anger when things didn’t go right. And yes, it can work in the short term. But to build something great, players must stay on the path for a long time. This is more likely when they enjoy the process. Positive reinforcement is harder to do, but more sustainable. \ What's next? That's the plan. Now, it’s all about execution. I'll keep you updated.

“You see, down South, we don’t deal with all that tomfoolery that y’all are dealing with over there in New York City, California, Maine, Minnesota, or any of those woke states. We don’t deal with that. You see, around these parts, yeah, around these parts, we believe in God, guns, and butter, and in that order. God, and His name is Jesus Christ. Let’s not be confused. Pretty much all of us concealed carry. There will be no “entering into every household in America.” That part. Catch it. And we love to eat, so we put butter on everything. And I mean everything. That part. And I did not mention it, but let me be very, very clear: God, guns, butter, but also, we are very, very commonsense and patriotic. See, unlike Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, we know what a woman is. That part. And there will be American flags flying in everybody’s yard, okay? So, if you have a problem with that, you may not want to move down South. Yes, the homes are cheaper, but they look just as good as those high-priced homes y’all are paying for up North and on the East and West Coasts. That part. We’re comfortable classifying all the white boys in the Cajun Navy as our friends. That part. You see, when the tornadoes and hurricanes happen, they come on through, and they don’t care what color the hand is that they’re helping. That part. Our men are not emasculated. At least around these parts, they ain’t. And chivalry sure enough ain’t dead. And last but not least, we believe in keeping our babies around here, okay? So, I lied to your oddball over there: You will not be entering into every household in America. And all that yelling and screaming in pro-lifers’ faces around these parts doesn’t work. You feel me? Because we hit back. That part. God bless. Welcome to the South.”

Chris Cuomo is in rare form tonight. He began his show on NewsNation by calling out the Democrat members of Congress who told the military to stand down from orders. Cuomo said if the Democrats don’t reset: “We are asking for BIG trouble.” He began: “Right or wrong?” “This? Wrong!” “All day long.” “Ahhhh, he’s MAGA!” “Shut up!” “Uhhhh.” “And if you watch show, I said last night when it came out, it was wrong to put the duty to check a president on the troops. It’s on you!” “You have a constitutional duty. What an ugly irony that it’s members of Congress asking this, it should be citizens who might be asking that.” “You’re supposed to check, it’s why you raised your right hand.” “But what is it about now? They’re looking for a fight. Why? Because you want them to! Because you want a muscular response to Trump.” “You want stop walking all over you. You want stop getting away with everything and him call in the game all the time and controlling everything, you want a muscular response.” “That’s why you want Newsom on Twitter. You know, because acting all acting like fools, we’re all acting like fools.” “Why? Because we know I guess we don’t know any better and more. But I know we’re playing with fire and I know worse is to come on this course.” “I don’t like it. I don’t want it. I would leave my family, I will enter unsafe conditions to cover it. But if we don’t reset and fast. We are asking for big trouble.”

FT Sunderland 1-0 Spurs In case of emergency break glass well it’s time to smash it. No wins in 2026 and it’s mid April. When your struggling your luck just doesn’t run your way. A completely freak own goal out of nowhere. Then to make matters worse Brobbey on a yellow card pushes Romero into our keeper injuring them both with our captain having to leave the pitch 🤦🏻‍♂️ Let’s be honest tho what was Romero doing in that 1st half he was a liability lacking any discipline he got his 9th yellow of the season some leadership this was from our so called captain. Was this performance that much different than the previous 13 games ? I don’t think so. Udogie was the notable difference getting himself into positions with his dangerous runs forward and was probably our best player today. The midfield of Gray & Bergvall were just poor. Brobbey caused us non-stop trouble. We just couldn’t handle him. How did have we yet another poor referee? 🤦🏻‍♂️ Kinsky at least looked calm and composed and made a very good save in that 1st half he’s so much better with his feet than Vicario. Richarlison, Solanke, and Muani didn’t link up well at all. Did we deserve to lose to a goal like that ? no but you don’t always get what you deserve.I’m not sure how we are going to escape this mess I really don’t,the confidence and body language of the players got worse as the game went on. 14 games now without a win We’ve lost 32 games now when conceding first did you ever believe we were going to score ? It’s going to take a super human effort from De Zerbi to save this club from going down. We hardly created any clear chances #COYS 🤍💙

This morning, let’s remember the girl we came here to support. ❤️ Temi is just a bubbly, free-spirited girl living her experience, making friends, having fun, learning, growing and playing her own game. And she deserves the freedom to do exactly that. In a house where everyone has the right to play their own game, it’s honestly strange how much energy is being spent watching, targeting and dissecting everything Temi does. Let people play their game. Let people have their ‘fun’ without constantly twisting it into something sinister. A house full of strangers is already a lot to navigate. Imagine living with over 20 people you’ve never met before, under constant cameras, pressure, emotions and scrutiny. Now imagine having every move you make questioned, judged, twisted or turned into a story by these same players who have the right to equally play their own game. We see it, we see the narratives, we see the targeting, we see the LIES and unnecessary conversations being said about her just to bring her down. But we also see Temi; still smiling, still showing love, still being her bubbly self, and still choosing to enjoy her journey despite everything. And that is exactly why we cannot afford to be passive. Temi needs us, she needs every Teminator standing firmly behind her. No distractions, no panic, no letting the noise make us forget why we chose her in the first place. If you love this girl, show it where it matters. Vote, Vote again!! Let them talk. Let them create their narratives. Let them spend their energy watching her every move. We’ll spend ours keeping Temi in this game. Because at the end of the day, Temi has her game to play and we have a girl to protect. 💥❤️ VOTE FOR TEMI NKEM #TemiNkem #Bbnaija

🎙️ DJ Akademiks reacts to Pitchfork giving Chris Brown’s album a brutal 1.3 rating and calls them out for focusing more on his past than the actual music. 🧐 🗣️Ak says Pitchfork spent most of the review revisiting the 2009 Rihanna incident and Chris Brown’s controversies before even seriously discussing the album itself. According to Akademiks, the review felt more like a character assassination than a music critique. 👀 Pitchfork’s article reportedly framed Chris Brown’s career as a long running “redemption narrative,” accusing him of trying to reshape public perception through nostalgia, performances, and fan loyalty. They even referenced how the media viewed him after the Rihanna assault case and other allegations over the years. 😬 Akademiks couldn’t believe the review opened with so much focus on Brown’s personal history instead of the music: “They gave his album a 1.3 and barely talked about the album. They spent more time talking about Rihanna and old controversies.” Ak also reacted to Chris Brown’s response to the backlash. Breezy addressed fans directly and made it clear he isn’t backing down: 🗣️ “Team Breezy, we ain’t letting up… I know exactly who my fans are. If you not my fan, don’t listen to my music.” Akademiks admitted he understands some criticism surrounding Chris Brown’s recent albums, saying many of them feel too long and bloated with 30+ tracks instead of tightly curated projects. However, he still believes Chris Brown’s talent, legacy, and performance ability are undeniable. 💯 He also pointed out how difficult it is for Chris Brown to fully escape the shadow of the 2009 incident even 17 years later. 🧐 Ak says regardless of how people feel about Chris Brown personally, it’s “bananas” that a major album review spent so much time attacking the artist before truly reviewing the music itself. 🎤 Despite the controversy, Akademiks says Chris Brown’s fanbase remains massive, his stadium tour success proves his star power is still strong, and his legacy as an R&B prodigy is already cemented

Chris Bosh explains how Kobe Bryant taught him that greatness is mostly an unglamorous routine “If you’re trying to go after something, it’s a process and you cannot cheat it. That is one thing you cannot do. You can’t cheat the process, and even then that doesn’t guarantee you anything. You have to have your stuff together because you want to win, that doesn’t guarantee a win. You just have to make sure you’re doing your process.” “I had the chance to have a conversation with Kobe. We were friendly and we tried to have dinner once a year. He always talked about loving the process of what you do. That’s important. You have to love what you do and love putting the work in because some days are going to suck. It’s always going to suck to go in the gym and shoot 10,000 free throws.” “Everybody’s like, ‘Oh, Kobe, this is amazing.’ He’s like, ‘Yeah, that’s cool, but think about my day. I get up at 4:30am, take my kids to school, I lift weights, I go to practice, I pick them up from school, then I’ve got to do treatment because I’m 35 years old in the league. Then I’ve got to do treatment, and by the time I finish all that stuff, the day’s over. I don’t do anything else. This is all I do.’” “If you take on that approach to something that you love, if you can stick with it even in those tough days, that’s where you want to be.” “You gotta love the grind, man. That’s the part I always like to think of anytime something gets hard. If I’m pursuing a goal and I want to quit, it’s going to come. It’s going to come. It’s okay.” “How many people would quit right now? That’s the first thing I think about. Then I keep going. I’m like, okay, I’m not going to let this drop me off and keep me away from what I’m doing.”

🚨🗣️ Gary Neville on Michael Carrick and Manchester United’s performance against Hull City: 🗣️“I’ve got to be honest, I cannot believe what I’m watching. That performance was embarrassing — a disgrace for a club like Manchester United. Playing Hull City with no pattern, no control, no intensity. What are they actually trying to do? “Michael Carrick is not the right man for the job. Everyone gets excited after a few good games, but United fans get carried away. We saw it last season: one good result and suddenly it’s a new era. “I’m genuinely shocked by the new signings as well. Santos and Tielemans have been nowhere near good enough today. I expected so much more from both of them. Their performances have been shocking. “Football isn’t about one good performance. It’s about consistency, identity and a clear pattern of play. I don’t see that today. Hull looked better organised, hungrier and more professional. “People will make excuses about players, injuries and new signings, but the manager must take responsibility. I don’t see enough from Carrick to convince me he’s the right man to take this club forward. “Supporters need to stop getting carried away every time United win one game. This club has done the same for years — win a match and think the problems have gone. Then you put in a performance like that. Embarrassing. “The players and the manager should be ashamed. I cannot believe what I’ve just watched.”
