she is a criminal released on licence and can be recalled at any time until her sentence is completed under the supervision of the probation service. I suspect they will soon be reminding her that she could be taken back to prison at any moment. She would be wise to keep her mouth shut. She has pleaded guilty, she knew exactly what she was doing, and that ought to be the end of the matter. By the looks of it, prison food has done her no harm at all.

The Reactionary Right are trying to make out that she just made one post in the heat of the moment, so the sentence wasn’t proportionate. It wasn’t just one, it seems like she made a many similar posts for months beforehand. It wasn’t motivated by the deaths in Southport.

Was she paroled? My understanding of parole has always been that you had show contrition and understanding of your crime.
