My goal is to show the real Belarus: a country trying to preserve its sovereignty, refusing to be controlled by the West, and choosing relations with Russia, China, and others on its own terms. You may agree or disagree with Lukashenko, but people in the West should at least understand how he sees his role – and why that matters.
