Testing out the new 2026 Ghost Advanced with 14 year old Fatima by going through a little hitting circuit. 1) Start hands and feet together. Slowly load + stride and pause in launch position. Tosser will then toss. This helps work on feeling a slow and controlled load while feeling that good stretch/separation of hands going away from front foot. 2) Open stance, stop at extension. Hitter will be opened up slightly and start hands even with chest. Hitter will then turn to load and then swing, stopping at extension. This helps the hitter work on feeling in control of the back side + feeling the proper hip coil all while working on direction and hand path (bottom hand to the ball, top hand through). 3) Normal soft toss 4) Normal front toss What’s different? The 2026 model features a return to the Double Barrel technology found in previous models, like the 2020 and 2022 versions, and no longer uses the Double Barrel 3 technology found in the 2024 model. This means the 2026 model has a more balanced and smooth swing feel, as the Double Barrel technology has a low-compression outer barrel and lightweight inner barrel for a larger sweet spot. Vintage Editions - a brief history and what’s next. In 2023 I released my first 3 editions on eth. My goal was to create a collection of quality vintage animations, on par with my 1/1 artworks. The reception blew me away, over 4,000 folks registered for two artworks with a total of 175 editions. In 2025 I set a goal to go all in and released 5 more editions throughout the year. Bringing the collection to 340 editions via 8 artworks with a total of 168 holders. Each work in this series can take two weeks and even a month to create as I obsesses on each pixel. I’m very proud of how it turned out. My plan is being consistent and adding to the collection yearly, with enough love and time it will become an epic collection of animated vintage loops. Nothing quite like it in our space. At the beginning of the year I set out to make as much work as I can physically can in 2026. I find that healing. keeping my mind busy while dealing with grief. My notebook is of full of ideas and sketches and once again I’m going all in. Excited to see how this collection shapes up in 2026 along with the new distortions series. This week we kick off this year's Vintage Editions next chapter adding two new pieces and one more via a burn in July. The first piece “Mob Mentality” is a special edition of 7 for select top collectors of mine. Minting tomorrow. The second piece is “Hell of a Time”. Took 2 months off of the gym and as you can see it doesn’t look like it at all. That is because how you look is MAJORLY impacted by what you eat. In the 2 months off, I tracked my meals everyday and made sure to stay active by taking over 12,000 steps per day. I did feel noticeably smaller but I wasn’t concerned because my body is known to bounce back pretty damn fast when I lock in. And that takes us to, ‘Chapter 2026. The Lock In.’ This year in my off season I plan to pack on an OD amount of size. I say size instead of muscle because in putting on size, I’m guaranteed to pack on body fat as well. Not as much as I would if I ate whatever I wanted and claimed I was “dirty bulking.” I spent way too much time getting lean last year to lose it all recklessly. How I’m going to do it is simple and straight forward. 1. Track my macros. 2. Prioritize protein and increase calories gradually by increasing my carb intake and keeping fat at a moderate level. 3. Training on a 5 day split. 4. Keeping light cardio a part of my routine. 5. Focusing on my recovery. That’s it. There’s no secret sauce or formula. It’s simply doing what you’re supposed to do consistently and making it a non negotiable habit. Once you start to see progress it becomes addicting and you begin to love the process. If you wait until you “get there” you’re going to miss out on the real fun and journey. I’m going to be documenting the entire year with the core of the content I produce and release be to educate you guys on what I am doing in fun creative ways. I don’t want this to be a year of, “watch me do it.” I’d rather it be a, “here, do it with me.” Which is why all my workout plans and meal guides are available for download on my website. Simply pick a program that fits your goals, download, follow along and repeat. And if you want to take it a step further and personally get trained by me 1-on-1, bet on yourself and Apply for coaching while on the site. You know you’re going to upgrade to a new phone this year. Wake Up NJ Speech from Trenton today in the Assembly Appropriations Committee on Bill A5267 How are you doing members of the committee, My name is Michael from Wake Up New Jersey, Bill A5267 means to procure and incentivize transmission-scale energy storage for "renewables" such as solar and wind How is this being funded? Well through your NJ electric bills! Starting July 1st 2027, a "minimum" of $60M will be collected via the societal benefits charges or SBC Might be asking yourself, what's an SBC? When first digging into why our bills were so high in February this year I had no idea, but They are hidden charges in your electric bills to pay for mostly pet projects The Board of Public Utilities or BPU, recommends the SBC funding level for 2025 to be?......anyone here know? It's over $344M per year in our NJ electric bills Why don't we go over a few these programs, Ever Heard of Charge Up New Jersey? It's a program that gives folks up to $4,250 dollars for buying Electric Vehicles and chargers. This is costing NJ residents over $30 million dollars a year in their electric bills How about 'It Pay$ to Plug In', this program has spent $100M since 2012 on EV chargers in your electric Bill! This program cost ratepayers $27M this year alone as an SBC Per year Electric Vehicle Programs total $82.5M, Clean Energy Equity costs us $16.6M, NJ Wind total $22M and Energy Storage is currently costing the rate payers $29.5M per year, just to stress again this bill your voting on today will jump it up to $60M a year at a minimum! More than double it's current total Why is all this in our New Jersey Electric Bills? Want to know the real problem NJ? Democrats here have been pillaging your pockets, nickel and diming you year after year for pet projects in your electric bills. Now with the rake hikes happening, they are frantically trying to steamroll multiple bills in committees in an effort to deflect from the main issue Since 2017 - 6 power plants have closed totaling over half our power here in NJ, Democrats championed coal and nuclear plants being shut down, betting on Windfarms that never happened, this is a huge reason our electric bills are so high here, we need sensible solutions, not a green agenda storage push that caused this mess New Jersey residents pay over $8,100 more per year than the average American Household on their bills and pay around $700 more per month in overall bills compared to the national average My handle receives so many messages, comments, concerns from citizens that are struggling daily, some working 2 to 3 jobs, this state is becoming more unaffordable each and every day, and bills coming out of this Legislature that add to that burden, are not good for the hardworking people of New Jersey We are already hurting with the worst property and corporate taxes, one of the worst income and gas tax rates, and the absolute worst overall tax burden at over 54% of your lifetime earnings being syphoned from our NJ residents How much more do you want to take from us? Suno's mission is to make it possible for everyone to make music. We imagine a future where music is a bigger, more valuable, and more meaningful part of people's lives than it even is today. Technology enables a future where the whole world can explore, create, and be active participants in an art form most have only ever consumed. From professional musicians seeking inspiration to friends and family writing songs for each other, we are exploring new ways to create, listen to, and experience music. So far, more than 12 million people are engaging with music in new ways that wouldn't be possible without Suno. We see this as early but promising progress. Major record labels see this vision as a threat to their business. Each and every time there's been innovation in music — from the earliest forms of recorded music, to sampling, to drum machines, to remixing, MP3s, and streaming music — the record labels have attempted to limit progress. They have spent decades attempting to control the terms of how we create and enjoy music, and this time is no different. So, it is perhaps not a surprise that on June 24th, members of the Recording Industry Association of America, which represents the major record labels, filed a lawsuit against Suno, alleging that the data used in training our music generation technologies infringed on the copyrights of the major record labels that they represent. This lawsuit is fundamentally flawed on both the facts and the law, and is nothing more than yet another instance where they chose litigation over innovation. For starters, the major record labels clearly hold misconceptions about how our technology works. Suno helps people create music through a similar process to one humans have used forever: by learning styles, patterns, and forms (in essence, the "grammar" or music), and then inventing new music around them. The major record labels are trying to argue that neural networks are mere parrots — copying and repeating — when in reality model training looks a lot more like a kid learning to write new rock songs by listening religiously to rock music. Like that kid, Suno gets better the more our AI learns. We train our models on medium- and high-quality music we can find on the open internet — just as Google's Gemini, Microsoft's Copilot, Anthropic's Claude, OpenAI's ChatGPT, and even Apple's new Apple Intelligence train their models on the open internet. Much of the open internet indeed contains copyrighted materials, and some of it is owned by major record labels. But, just like the kid writing their own rock songs after listening to the genre — or a teacher or a journalist reviewing existing materials to draw new insights — learning is not infringing. It never has been, and it is not now. The timing of this lawsuit was somewhat surprising. When this lawsuit landed, Suno was, in fact, having productive discussions with a number of the RIAA's major record label members to find ways of expanding the pie for music together. We did so not because we had to, but because we believe that the music industry could help us lead this expansion of opportunity for everyone, rather than resisting it. Whether this lawsuit is the result of over-eager lawyers throwing their weight around, or a conscious strategy to gain leverage in our commercial discussions, we believe that this lawsuit is an unnecessary impediment to a larger and more valuable future for music. This is particularly the case because Suno is a new kind of musical instrument, one that enables a new kind of creative process for everyone and opens new business opportunities for the industry. Suno is designed for original music, and we prize originality, both in how we build our product and in how people use it. People who use Suno are using the product to create their own, original music. They are not trying to recreate an existing song that can be heard somewhere else on the internet for free. But, even if they were trying to copy existing music, we have myriad controls in place to encourage originality and prevent duplicative use cases. We do so more aggressively than any other company in the industry, including other startups. Some of our originality-guarding features include checking for and preventing copyrighted content in audio uploads, and disallowing artist-based descriptions in requests to generate music. Why do we work to encourage originality? We do this because it makes for a more fun and engaging experience to create entirely original compositions on Suno. We do it because we think it makes Suno incredibly valuable to be a place where new musical talent can shine. AI allows anyone to realize the songs in their head, regardless of the money, equipment, or connections that they have. Much of the open internet indeed contains copyrighted materials, and some of it is owned by major record labels. But, just like the kid writing their own rock songs after listening to the genre — or a teacher or a journalist reviewing existing materials to draw new insights — learning is not infringing. It never has been, and it is not now. The timing of this lawsuit was somewhat surprising. When this lawsuit landed, Suno was, in fact, having productive discussions with a number of the RIAA's major record label members to find ways of expanding the pie for music together. We did so not because we had to, but because we believe that the music industry could help us lead this expansion of opportunity for everyone, rather than resisting it. Whether this lawsuit is the result of over-eager lawyers throwing their weight around, or a conscious strategy to gain leverage in our commercial discussions, we believe that this lawsuit is an unnecessary impediment to a larger and more valuable future for music. This is particularly the case because Suno is a new kind of musical instrument, one that enables a new kind of creative process for everyone and opens new business opportunities for the industry. Suno is designed for original music, and we prize originality, both in how we build our product and in how people use it. People who use Suno are using the product to create their own, original music. They are not trying to recreate an existing song that can be heard somewhere else on the internet for free. But, even if they were trying to copy existing music, we have myriad controls in place to encourage originality and prevent duplicative use cases. We do so more aggressively than any other company in the industry, including other startups. Some of our originality-guarding features include checking for and preventing copyrighted content in audio uploads, and disallowing artist-based descriptions in requests to generate music. Why do we work to encourage originality? We do this because it makes for a more fun and engaging experience to create entirely original compositions on Suno. We do it because we think it makes Suno incredibly valuable to be a place where new musical talent can shine. AI allows anyone to realize the songs in their head, regardless of the money, equipment, or connections that they have. The future is an explosion of new artists that are creating music in new ways, building fan bases, finding new reasons to smile, and getting famous. We hope that the major record labels realize that we can build a stronger foundation for the music industry of tomorrow, together. With or without them, we will continue pursuing our mission on behalf of the many millions of music fans already creating with Suno, and all those who will in the coming months.
