Lust is one of the main carnal sins - sins of the flesh instead of the mind. Hence why is one of the least of the 7 deadly sins yet one of the most common among humanity.

The best way to deal with lust is to run from it and let Jesus deal with the fight. There are some sins that are too much for us and we need Jesus to deal with em. I still struggle and I’m not perfect either.
