Did you fail evidence collection at the academy? This officer needs a remedial course. Use a paper evidence collection bag (not plastic-she knew she was going there to collect evidence). Plastic degrades DNA and this one is too small. Even a child would recognize not to stuff something 3 times too big into a bag 3 times too small. Also, did you notice something fell out?
