@BizNasty2point0 As an Oiler fan I gotta say I was surprised it was a major. Tried to get out of the way, Nurse knocked him towards Ingram. Refs must have thought that he would have still made contact regardless of Nurse and Ingram leaving the game didn’t help

Investigate Kelly Sutherland. The call on Nelson was also suspect. Seems like someone is betting on hockey.

If what MacKinnon did was his fault, why didn’t the Charmin Soft Oilers stand up for their goalie? Because they knew Nurse was at fault. First time I’ve seen a goalie get “run” and no one went after the offender.

Honestly shouldn't have been a penalty. He's clearly turning up-ice when Nurse makes contact with him and the Nurse contact/trip forces the "jump" that causes the contact. Purely incidental and unavoidable

Nurse made a good play to tip that puck away. Then MacKinnon scored two headshots on same play. Mac was running over anything that got in his way.

100% that's a major & it has nothing to do with the opponent being the Oilers. Not a dirty or malicious play but MacKinnon is still responsible for the missle that is his body.
