Made a 3D construction simulation where an autonomous site erects a five storey building component by component, with crane lifts, material deliveries, fastening robots and structural validation. Built with Three.js, WebGPU and Rapier. Showed main stages to keep the video short.

Kimi K3 built a fully procedural browser-based 3D exploration game using Three.js WebGPU and GPU compute. It procedurally generated the environment, while using a 3D asset generation tool to create the rider and horse models, producing an expansive open world with forests, a log-cabin village, snowy mountains, and dynamic weather. External assets used: animated cowboy and horse models and terrain data.

It is experimental for now, but the possibilities for 3D interfaces and special effects are huge. I made a dumb mistake with my water shader🤦🏻‍♂️ The wave evolution equation has two parts: a standing wave component and a traveling wave component. When I was first getting this all to work, I hard-coded constants so the waves were always traveling forward at full speed. By adding a "standing wave ratio" where I can control the ratio between the two terms, I can now achieve wave patterns that oscillate in place. The video on the left has SWR = 0 and the video on the right SWR = 0.7 (I exaggerated the waves a bit to make the difference more noticeable). Now I have to re-record all my marketing videos...😭

I keep seeing the same pattern with Three.js games, shaders, p5.js, and now 3D UI. Give a coding agent a strong reference, the live URL, and the source repo. It can study the mechanics, recreate them, and give you a working place to experiment. For this one, I turned a Trevor Noah-inspired book interaction into fictional manuals for Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor. X post: GitHub: Original site:
