So, by now I'm sure you saw the AI fanart recreation of the Princess Mononoke trailer. It got a LOT of feedback, mostly from people telling the creator what a terrible thing he did and how AI assisted workflows can never be used for anything good or meaningful and most of all that it can never be used for art. That's such nonsense. Of course it can. If it's wielded by artists and great storytellers, great things will come of it. If you hand a violin to someone on the street they'll be able to make it make sounds.. if you hand it to a talented musician it becomes a conveyer of thoughts, emotion and art. Here's a small scene from Mononoke that I did an AI take on.. it's far from perfect and to animate this properly would require much more work. The AI workflows we have today are lacking so many control elements. But to think those things won't come.. come on. Of course they will. But most importantly, in a way where they don't overtake the art completely, but instead acts like an "amplifier" of the artists using the tools. This technology will be in most of our creative tools in the very near future with full controllability. Oh and I never liked the idea of turning old disney classics into live-action films, or doing the same with the beautiful work of Studio Ghibli. But for the purpose of this post I hope you'll forgive me ;-) #art #animation

My son has to have the best golf swing for a 20 hcp you will ever see. 115 mph swing speed, 290 carry. But he never played enough to get good and now plays just a few times a year. I tell him if he commits to golf for a season he will be killing me no problem.

Dear Lacy, I'm a mod for Boggles and I NEVER miss a stream unless its for reasons out of my control, I also did a MODATHON for boggles where i was live modding for his whole subathon. Recently I have asked Clix if I can mod for him. I would also LOVE to be a mod for you. I truly believe i would be a good choice for mod in your community as i love watching your live streams but i also have the skills you need as a mod. Farage has created a big problem for himself this week. He's been caught out lying. Again. Telling us all that Reform UK didn't promise to cut taxes on their pre-election propaganda material. Another Trump move. The ole 'deny reality and get angry' two-step. Unfortunately for Nige, there are receipts. Lots and lots of receipts — see the video below. When Beth Rigby challenged him on this yesterday, he got angry and started shouting at her; textbook fragile toxic misogyny. Unfortunately, Beth retreated as Reform UK pay good money for the publicity and no one can be seen to upset the apple cart. It's quite shocking, actually. Regardless, Farage is a shameless liar that does very little for his actual job, if anything. If he could point to Clacton on a map, his constituents would be very surprised. I'd happily credit the creator of the video if they make themselves known. Second video is courtesy of Sky News.

That’s my own 🐐 I had no business filming on this stage. 😂 he didn’t complain but his manager sent me off. 3 years later , I went on to direct a music video with him in it and he randomly called me aside to give me advice. He had no idea who I was at the time btw. This year , we’ve collaborated on two videos for his music and I didn’t have to ask. Too down to earth, nobody’s touching Baddo. 👑

I think this video ruined my roommate's whole week. He's been in logistics since 22. $1,400 a month after taxes. Up at 5:40. Home by 7. His brother sent him this video. Some guy holds up his phone to the camera. Shopify orders, $809, $489, $299, they don't stop. He can't be older than 22. This guy made $31,000 last month running six prompts through Claude. My roommate made $1,400 in the same 30 days. "He code?" "No. He just describes what he wants." I texted the guy from the video. He sent me his whole setup. All six prompts are in the article.

Vice President Vance is right. 10 years ago this week, on the very first day he announced he was running, President Trump said "I will stop Iran from getting nuclear weapons." I rewatched the clip for the 10 year anniversary of him coming down the Golden Escalator and was surprised to find his position on Iran in the speech. Notable he didn't say regime change. He didn't say he wanted to make Iran a western-style democracy. He said no nukes. Whatever your position on the war, he's been remarkably consistent.

This guy has either never used a MiSTer FPGA, or he's deliberately spreading misinformation. The video he linked, complete with timestamp, does not show the core crashing at all. Instead, it shows the credits screen listing those involved in the development of the project. From what I can see, this appears to be the core credits screen that was likely mapped to a controller button and triggered accidentally (I've done it myself). I've attached the video in question. Have a look and let me know if you think I'm missing something, but based on what I can see, this doesn't look like a crash whatsoever. Link to the tweet in question:
