Crimson Desert has this surface shader.. It has a transformative effect on the game visuals and it's seemingly applied to every object in the game. It doesn't look like tessellation, it appears to have artifacts from a screen-space effect. I believe they are using the height maps from every PBR material in the game to create some sort of screen space displacement mapping.

Hello artists, I have a problem! I'm looking for a way to fix this issue in Clip Studio Paint: As you can see in the video, my shadow layer is clipped to my base color layer, but it's still stretching the color to the edges of the base color. I've tried looking for an option or something to fix this, but haven't found anything. I've changed my brush settings, created a new brush, etc., but nothing works. I went back to Paint Tool SAI and saw that when I make a selection, it doesn't do this in Paint Tool SAI. So I tried it in Clip Studio Paint, and unfortunately, the problem persists. It spreads the color to the selection edges where Paint Tool SAI doesn't. It pains me to know that the belief is that a therapist role is to "validate". I do not validate. If you are with me in a clinical setting and what you're saying doesn't make any damn sense, I'm going to have you walk me through it. What I've discovered is that a lot of the dysfunction people have is that they've never articulated their beliefs and so have no idea how absurd they are. Simply going through the exercise of having to explain yourself can be deeply rewarding. It's something we call "accountability". You literally account for yourself. Sure, I've had some female clients chimp out and flee never to be seen again at their first contact with a mirror. I've had many others weep openly that actually being held psychologically. One I will never get out of my mind was a wonderful 30-something year old woman who cried and said, "I have been in therapy for 7 years. Why has nobody ever challenged me and help me see that I'm the one causing all this shit?" That's an important question. And it's crucial that if you see a therapist, you don't see a charlatan. You can tell the good ones by their headgear.

I built a clone of the Yeezy store with Next.js. This was a fun challenge — the site has some smooth animations and feels very fast. But it was bothering me that I couldn't use the browser back button. Can we do better? So I rebuilt the site with v0 and Motion. Here's how it works: 1. When you click on a product, Motion is able to animate the original position of the product in the grid, to the zoomed in product detail page. 2. During this transition, we also shallow update the URL with the `/p/slug` route for the page. 3. If you press the back button in the navbar, or use the browser back button, or press escape — all options will take you back to the main product listing page. 4. If you reload the page while looking at a product, or someone sends you a link to a specific product, it still works! This is the best parts of a SPA and MPA mixed together. In the future, I can make this even better with View Transitions (I wasn't able to get the product animation just right, but if you can I'd love to see it!). I also took some creative liberties from the original design. The whole 1/2/3 size thing, where you needed to click the "?" to see SM/MD/LG was strange, so I just went directly to those sizes. Similarly, I prefered the more traditional style sheet/modal with the background color change, versus the full screen takeover. If you wanted to actually hook this up to Shopify now, you can swap the cart implementation with Next.js Commerce, which has all the APIs you need + optimistic writes 🔥 Should I make a video walking through the code?

The people who made the OVAs shown from time and time again that they have faith in their viewers that they'll be able to understand the world building that culminated to this point. You can start the other shows prior to this, either before or after this OVA and it will still feel like a proper climax leading up to this. The story beats in this show are pretty good in the sense that anyone can understand it, it's not universally profound but it does a good job in highlighting perspectives of every side and have a glimpse at what happened that lead up to it.

OK I'm gonna be real with you-- I've been under the impression that screen protectors are all basically the same thing, the only real difference being the applicator tool that comes in the box. But JSAUX has changed my opinion with their new (slightly silly named) Obsidian AR Screen Protector. I've been using it for about a month now after removing my old screen protector and here are my thoughts What it does - Reduces direct reflections quite a bit - Makes colors appear darker/more rich - Protects the screen What it doesn't do - Angled reflections don't seem to be reduced much? - Doesn't make the screen bulletproof lol They also claim it's fingerprint and smudge proof but I haven't really had that issue with any of my screen protectors so 🤷 It's challenging to show just how much nicer this screen protector is but the video does a pretty decent job I think JSAUX's Obsidian AR Screen Protector for Switch 2 isn't currently available on Amazon (and according to them it won't be for.. awhile? Take note. This juror said there was not enough information, so in the deliberation room, she accessed social media "X account" for the jurors to get their facts. Do you all see what is wrong here? If the verdict were guilty and I learned about a stealth juror who did this, I would also be incensed. This juror bastardized the sanctity of the jury process. You can't do that to reach a verdict. You have to rely on what is in evidence. Can you imagine a murder case being decided in the deliberation room based on information on X? I have never experienced or heard of anything like this. Lawyers in the house, have you? If so, what if anything was done in terms of sanctions? For those I did not name, please weigh-in. P.S. Looking back at Nabers' unrealized air yards.. This was a play the Giants called in an open-media practice in August. Nabers had four steps on the CB. The ball hung up & Flott got a PBU. They tried it in a real game. Got the look they wanted (easier to see from sideline angle), but the ball has to be led to the sideline. Far hash throw. Not easy. This play was then scrapped for the rest of the year. The question is does Daboll have faith to bring it back with Russ? Russ may not have the biggest arm but he can put air under it and make this throw.

Unfortunately he won't take the room for 5 days because as he puts it, it's not permanent and he believes he will be back on the streets afterwards as it's happened to him previously he tells me. I've tried my hardest to reassure him that I won't let that happen but he says he's been let down so many times before that he just doesn't believe it and is happy where he is until I can find him a permanent room in a shared house I've spoken with him long and hard over the last week and I've come to the conclusion based on everything he's told me and my research that he's not a British army veteran with a service number he talks of being a mercenary part of the 13 commandos part of the French foreign legion and has the cap badge on his hat. What I do know is he's a 59 year old man with health problems but no drug or alcohol problems that is living in a tent in wasteland. My level of support hasn't changed he shouldn't be in wasteland in a tent rotting away with no family no support in 2025 I'm going to try my hardest this week to secure a room in a shared house the 5 night stay at the guest house is non refundable but it is what it is I just wanted to make sure he woke up on his 60th birthday in a better place. We tried our hardest but it doesn't always work out how you planned it in your head.
