Made for a Mexican AI studio's AI division (Purga Studio), the ad campaign has 3 ads made by the agency GUT, Mexico. There is just one dialog for every character in all 3 ads - and you may just burst out laughing when you hear the same dialog repeated...

Have you ever wondered why Mahatma Gandhi placed such emphasis on khadi? Why did he frame the entire freedom struggle around the concept of khadi? And why did he only wear khadi? Because khadi is not just a cloth. Khadi is the expression of the people of India. It is the imagination, it is the sentiment, it is the productive force of the people of India. It is the expression of the people of India. Whichever state you go to, you will find different fabrics, and you will find that all these fabrics represent the people. When the people of Assam give you gamcha, they are not just giving you a piece of cloth; they are giving you a piece of their history, their tradition, their imagination. It's the same with people from other states. These fabrics are beautiful, but when you see these fabrics closely, you will find that each one of them has thousands of little threads embracing each other. All threads are equal. The threads cannot protect you or keep you warm, but when they come together as a fabric, they can keep you warm, protect you, and they can express what you have in your heart. In the same way, our nation is also a fabric. A fabric made up of 1.4 billion people, and the fabric is woven together by votes. The idea that every thread, every person in the union of India is equal - that disturbs my friends in RSS. They are happy to see the fabric, but they cannot stand the idea that every single person in our fabric, in our country, is equal. : LoP Shri Rahul Gandhi in LokSabha

One guy built this app in a month and now it makes him more than $1,000,000 a year. No team. No investors. No marketing department. One developer. One month. One clever idea. The app is a camera for events. In its first month it got 100,000 downloads and he did not spend a single dollar on ads. Here is how he did it because the most interesting part is the growth itself. He did not bolt marketing onto the product. He made using the product the marketing itself. After that things kick in that almost nobody figures out. 1. You cannot use the app alone. For it to work the host has to pull every guest into it. Each install drags in dozens more right away. 2. One wedding is not one user but a whole crowd at once. 200 people scan one code in an evening and install the app. No ad brings that many for the same money and here the money is zero. 3. The guest becomes the host. He liked it at someone else's wedding and a month later he throws his own event and brings his own people. The loop spins itself and for free. 4. It does not look like an ad. To the guest it is a gift not some app forced on him. So they install it gladly and all of them do. 5. It all runs on emotion. A wedding. Memories. Shared shots. People film it and show their own people and a new wave comes in. Now let us count the money plain and honest. The subscription runs from 2 to 50 dollars. Say only every 20th person pays. That is 5,000 people out of 100,000. The average check a modest 20 dollars. 5,000 times 20 is 100,000 dollars a month. More than 3,000 a day. More than $1,000,000 a year. And all of this is one guy in a month without a single dollar on ads. He did not win on budget and not on a team. He won by sewing distribution into the very use of the product. You can lift almost any product this way. Could you build something like this on your own or is it just luck?

This type of ad has been crushing it lately. And I'm talking about the "Brand story" type of ad. Let's analyze how it works. These ads follow a simple 3-part structure: - Hook - Body - New thing 1. The Hook The first thing these ads have is a strong first line that gets attention and generates curiosity. The only goal: to stop the scroll. It usually starts with something unexpected: a problem, a confession, a struggle, or a strong curiosity gap. 2. The Body Then we have the body, which is what all these videos have in common and why all these videos perform really well: The idea here is to share the story of the brand, the mission, and how and why they started. Show the progress they have been making. This creates a feeling of effort and like the journey of a hero. You know, when, like in movies, the hero has a mission to achieve or save something/someone, and you really connect with that idea and you cheer for him, well, it's the same here. 3. The End After building emotional investment, the creator finally introduces the “new thing”: a new feature, a new drop, a new product, a new update. The reveal hits harder because the story has already earned the viewer’s attention and trust. Instead of “Here’s our product,” it becomes: “Here’s what our journey led to.” And psychologically, that’s much more powerful. That's all for today! This was day 18/60 of analyzing a brand per day.
