3M VFlex Small still too big? Try this chart

Faces vary; on me the 3M Aura moves around too much whenever I talk and the 3M AFFM fits better. I must be doing something right; even though I'm immunocompromised due to cancer therapy I'm still a Novid.

I wish I could still get them readily in white from Vitacore (much cheaper than the black). A lot of stuff in their U.S. shop has been missing lately.

My current favorite that I prefer over the Aura and Vflex is the Drager X-plore 1950. It’s pretty pricey at $2.25 each (Amazon) but I feel very secure in it and the generous space it has in front of the nose & mouth makes it very breathable.

They need to show this in nursing schools. I was taught that unless fit tested, masks do zero. I have, since covid, modified my views. Any mask is a good mask, and buy the best you can afford to wear comfortably!

Dr Hoerger, for taking a picture, I follow @sameo416 advice from his military CBRN training, quickly summarized as: • take a deep breath in • remove respirator, take photo • keep holding breath • put respirator back on and reseal • exhale through respirator to clear it

Thank you. I use the @flo_mask and have a DMV appointment the first week of November. It's a 9am appointment on Monday morning. Transmission should be at the bottom of the curve. I will follow your instructions and stay as safe as possible.
