General Richard Shibiri tells the #MadlangaCommission that when he referred to a “group of five” during a 16 December call, he only knew three of the people involved, including Mswazi and Katiso Molefe. He said the other two were unknown to him. Shibiri also insisted that “Joe” and “Zee” could not be part of the group because they are known rivals of Mswazi.

HENRY OKOYE BREAKS SILENCE‼️ He said that during the formation stage of PSquare, he was the one that sponsored PSquare & also supported by being present. He said that during those years when PSquare was was struggling to make it, Jude was nowhere to be found. All of a sudden when they made it, Jude came back & requested to become their manager. He said that initially Paul was a good person (the kindest of them) but he doesn’t know what happened & he automatically changed. He alleged that the sudden change in behavior of Paul was not normal & that Jude was probably responsible. He said that when things got better, PSquare tried to pay him the 20% they promised him but Jude stopped them. And that if he needed anything from the twins he sponsored, they would ask him to go and meet Jude. We can all see that Mr. P(Peter Okoye) never lied. He says that even if the courts bar him from running, he has younger leaders around him who can carry the region's presidential bid. I don't know whether Mnisi is young, immature, unprofessional, or just simply corrupt. He does not understand the meaning of Conflict of Interest, in the case of being friends with Sergeant Nkosi, and his brother's company bidding for a tender which he, as Chair of the Bid Adjudication Committee, would be adjudicating on. He didn't see a need to declare that friendship. The Chair and Commissioners are gobsmacked. His explanation is that he had assisted Ngaphesheya with a Tender document for another municipality which he can't remember, when he said to them "we need Grade A guards". It's that "we" again. 🤦🏽‍♀️ #MadlangaCommission
