As they went to leave, agents in a black pickup truck threw pepper spray into the driver’s side window, while passing in the opposite direction. The powder hit the driver directly in the face… while their one-year-old sat behind them. The family wasn’t following the agents. They weren’t protesting. They were simply trying to go home. This is a blatant abuse of authority, child endangerment, and a federal civil rights violation.
