Jalen Suggs remains one of the most underrated players in the NBA. Even forgetting the defense -- which is truly elite -- for a second: The way he helps organize Orlando's offense is massive for the Magic.

Cincinnati CO-DC/LBs Coach Cort Braswell - TASKR & Non Negotiables (East Coast 3-4) TASKR - Technique - Alignment - Stance - Key - Responsibility Non Negotiables - Match The Numbers - The offense is trying to find a numerical advantage. It's our job to mix in our calls and coverages in a way that always keeps numerical advantage in our favor - Communication - Defensive calls & checks, fronts and movements, support calls, feedback, (ie. "I'm here") - Eye Control - Be Skeptical, see through the smoke. Don't believe in magic, (i.e. formation recognition) - Create The Wash - Clear, concise pictures for 2nd level defenders. - Obvious - Strike Blockers, Defeat blocks, Tackle Well.

Demond Williams Jr. is THE future star you NEED to know for 2025! 🔥 The true freshman dazzled in 2024, capping the season with a spectacular Sun Bowl performance against Louisville: 374 passing yards 4 passing TDs 81% completion rate 48 rushing yards 1 rushing TD He drove 90% of the Huskies’ offense against Louisville, averaging 14.4 yards per completion. Williams is locked in as Washington’s QB1 for 2025, ready to be unleashed. Williams looks like Bryce Young out there with elite arm talent and electric playmaking. Like Young, he zips pinpoint passes 30-40 yards downfield with touch or velocity, his quick, compact mechanics maximizing every throw. His 4.4-speed, instant acceleration, and knack for dodging defenders will be a treat for Big Ten fans to watch. Williams shares Young's cool-headed poise, shredding defenses with play-extending magic. His coach, Jedd Fisch, coached Jared Goff to 4,600-yard NFL seasons and built Arizona’s pass-heavy attack, and calls Williams “elite, elite, elite talent” with “everything you want in a player.” Fisch’s fast-paced offense is tailor-made for Williams’ dual-threat brilliance. In 2024, he posted a 78% completion rate, 944 yards, and 8 TDs with just one pick as a freshman—don't be surprised when you hear about him in Heisman contender conversation. In spring scrimmages, he threw five TDs in 11-on-11 drills, including a 35-yard strike to the end zone’s sideline and a 40-yard score to tight end Coutts while evading pressure. His Sun Bowl spin move and 33-yard pass on a key drive showed his knack for creating magic, which could lead to a potential first-round pick with his arm angles, pocket presence, and clutch playmaking. With weapons like Denzel Boston and Jonah Coleman, the offense is filled with weapons. Williams’ 2024 reps—from situational drives against Iowa and Penn State to a clutch UCLA appearance—built unshakable confidence. Fisch’s system and Williams’ ceiling could vault the Huskies’ offense to Big Ten elite. Demond Williams Jr. is going to be a MUST-WATCH in Seattle in 2025! 🌟 #Huskies #BigTen #DemondWilliams #CFB

Don’t forget, the Washington Commanders didn’t care about the Ravens’ 24-game preseason win streak. That’s why they played their first-team offense against the Ravens’ second- and third-team defenses for the entire first half. That’s also why G Sam Cosmi went from saying nobody gives a “s**t” about the “stupid record" … to doing The Griddy in the end zone when his starting unit scored on Ravens backups. That’s why K Joey Slye gestured an L to the sideline after his game-winning field goal. That’s why new co-owner Magic Johnson posted about how much fun it was to break the streak. That’s why WR Jahan Dotson said in the locker room afterward: “I feel like we just had the biggest preseason win in history.” It’s all because they didn’t care.

If Fran Tarkenton is right, that’s one of the biggest competitive blunders in #NFL history. Bud Grant built tough, disciplined football teams — but the Super Bowl isn’t won by running the same script and hoping toughness travels. You need precision, timing, and a QB fully empowered in the game plan. Sending players home for two weeks and installing the offense without the quarterback? That’s the opposite of what made Tarkenton special. Minnesota had the talent to win — Purple People Eaters, Francis Tarkenton improvising magic — but preparation is the separator at that level. Grant was a great coach. Tarkenton was a great quarterback. But in the biggest moments, they weren’t aligned…and that disconnect may have been the Vikings’ real opponent on Super Sunday. Activists in Oregon are pushing a ballot proposal so extreme, even their Democrat representatives are trashing it Rep. Val Hoyle calls the PEACE Act "insane" "It would make it illegal to kill any animal except in self-defense. Any animal -- which kills our commercial fishing industry. It, no lie, makes it a felony sex crime to artificially inseminate a cow. That's insane. There's no other word for it. But the signature gatherers are asking people, 'Do you want to help save animals?' And people are signing this." "It's not like the food fairy just shows up and waves a magic wand and then puts like meat and fish on the shelves at the Whole Foods. That's not how that works." It's a wildly extremist bill. No offense to the vegans in the room. You want to be a vegan, be a vegan. But that's your personal choice."
