Christian Parker is lowkey giving away exactly what he’s looking for, especially on the back end. This is the modern shift in the league. We’re moving away from chalkboard coverages and static defensive calls. It’s not “line up in Cover 3 and live with it.” It’s about matching the offense. Adapting to the offense. Morphing based on what you’re shown. That’s why he keeps emphasizing instincts and processing as a premium. Processing isn’t just “IQ.” It’s not just being smart. It’s taking the scheme you installed during the week, pairing it with your keys and giveaways, recognizing a block set or route combination post-snap, and instantly knowing: “Based on this picture, my responsibility just changed.” And doing that fast enough that you don’t cause a busted coverage. That’s what he’s asking for. He wants all 11 in sync. If the offense presents a certain formation or pattern and we’re in a specific coverage shell, the defense has to immediately morph. That requires communication, awareness, and trust. That’s why Will McClay mentioned the “brain works” aspect. They’re looking for players who naturally react the way the coordinator would react if he were on the field himself. And based on what Parker is saying, get ready for advanced match coverages. Palms. Quarters. Match principles. These aren’t spot-drop zones. These are pattern-match systems where your assignment changes based on receiver release, splits, route stems, and formation. We’re reading and reacting in real time. So yes — he still values physical traits. But he wants physical traits layered on top of elite processing. That’s the key. Thank to 105.3 The FAN

Texas A&M HC Mike Elko - Building Defensive IQ for Winning Situational Football "It starts to me with you have to develop football 101 in your defense. You've got to take a step back & you've got to build some level of general football knowledge in your defensive unit. It's sometimes the things that can save you when you don't call the perfect defense/scheme. Down & Distance Understanding... 2nd & 7+ - We have won 1st down... The offense is now trying to get themselves back in favorable positions for 3rd down. Here the battle is for half the yardage. - Offensively you will see a lot of RPOs, Quick Game, Screen & Draw. This is not a down where you will see a lot of high risk types of offensive plays. - Defensively we play this down & distance like a 3rd down off 1/2 the yardage... (2nd & 8 is like 3rd & 4, 2nd & 14 is like 3rd & 7) 2nd & 4-6 - We have lost 1st down. Now we must make a play on 2nd down to try to re-create an advantage for 3rd down. Success on this down is similar to 1st & 10. We are looking to hold them to 3 or less. - This is a down where the offense usually sticks to their strengths. Again, they are looking for a low risk play that will keep the chains moving forward. - For us we call this D&D no different than 1st down. 2nd & 1-3 (Waste) - Thus for the offense is known as a waste down. This is a D&D where the offense is likely to take a deep shot because they are in a favorable position for 3rd down. - Offenses will try double moves & max protection shot plays a lot on this D&D - For us on defense, this is a big zone pressure down. Gives us a chance to create a negative play and regain the advantage on the sticks. Also closes the middle of the field to protect us on the shot plays.

The modern comms toolkit has become way too scattered for companies: docs in one app, calls in another, posts and chat in another, and everyone ends up copy-pasting links all over the place and fiddling with permissions to make sure people can see the right things. And even when all that works, it's still impossible to find discussions after the fact and keep up with decisions across teams and projects. It's a mess. Campsite is a reflection of how we think great teams should communicate: • posts are threaded by default, async friendly, topical, and have nested comments for structured discussions • calls can be recorded, summarized, and shared, so it's really easy to socialize meeting notes or customer conversations • docs are collaborative documents with slash commands and beautiful formatting. We removed the headache of organizing infinitely nested pages or blocks that make typing feel slow and clunky • chat is for everything in between; Campsite chat feels ephemeral, and we've seen this design decision guide teams towards using posts + docs more often to keep internal communication transparent We’ve dramatically simplified our company’s communication toolkit — we ditched Notion, Slack, and Zoom in the last few months as we shipped our own version of those capabilities. There's a lot more to show, but for now, you can try Campsite for free: The team collaboration space is super competitive, and there are lots of options for people, but we're really excited about our progress with early customers. We'll keep iterating as we learn more, so I'd love to hear your ideas and feedback.

“Well, thank you all for tuning in to the first episode of The Jeremy Boreing Show. You know, it's never really been my ambition to have a podcast. For the decade that I was running The Daily Wire, people would often ask me, 'When are you going to get your own show?' And my answer was always the same. 'They're all my show,' I would say. But they're not anymore. Now, if I want to talk to you, I have to do it directly and that's a new challenge. It's not where I thought I would be in life, not where I wanted to be. It's been a huge change leaving The Daily Wire. Not one that I had ever seen coming. But I'm glad to have this opportunity where we might explore some of the issues facing the country and the movement together. You know, I used to say that my mission in life was to fight the left and build the future. And for the most part, that mission hasn't changed but I do see now that there are threats to our freedom, threats to our future that aren't exclusively on the left. Some of them are on the right. The left is still the bigger threat, but you can't defeat an organized left unless you have a healthy right. And so it's incumbent on all of us who believe in the country, who who believe that America is a force for good in the world, who believe in the founding creed of the country that all men are created equal, that we're endowed by our creator with unalienable rights. Life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, who believe in our founding documents, who believe in our constitution, who believe that our best days can truly still be ahead, that we can bequeath to our children a future of freedom, a future of prosperity, and a future of virtue. Perhaps even more so than what was bequeathed to us, it's incumbent that we be the ones building that future. And so today I say that the purpose of this show is to fight for freedom and build the future. I don't know if we'll be a huge show or a small show. I don't know if we'll have rocket ship success like we had at The Daily Wire. I don't know if we'll be a top 10 podcast like The Ben Shapiro Show, The Candace Owens Show, or The Joe Rogan Show… and that's really not our ambition. I mean... The bigger, the better. We'd be very happy. But our ambition is really to be a part of the conversation, a constructive part of the conversation, to remind everyone of the optimism that we're called to in Christ, to remind everyone of our mission as Americans, which is to spread freedom and our mission as Christians, not tribal political Christians who use the gospel as a cudgel, but actual believing Christians. Our mission has always been the same, and that's to proclaim Christ in the world and the power of salvation that comes through the power of his gospel. And so that's what we're going to do together. It's not all going to be politics; it never was. Building the future is about building businesses, it's about building voices, it's about building institutions, it's about building culture, and all of those things are in flux today. Hollywood isn't what it was even a year ago, much less a decade ago. Politics has changed just in the year that I've been out of public life. Machines are on their way. They're replacing jobs, even as we speak. We don't know what the institutions of the future will look like. We don't know what the politics of the future will look like. We don't know what the culture of the future will look like but we know that if we aren't a part of building it, then we won't be a part of it. And so build it, we will, together. Thank you guys for tuning in. We hope to see you next time on The Jeremy Boreing Show.”

We are Kaizer Chiefs!❤️✌🏾 In just 4 months, coach Nasreddine Nabi has changed the mentality of our players. There is still a long way to go but we have made positive progress towards our goals: ▪︎ They don't settle for anything less than total domination! ▪︎ They use unbearable speed in attack, a clear Nabi attacking blueprint🔥🔥 ▪︎ Once we find spaces to attack, our movement and passes are very quick. ▪︎ The decision-making on the ball is getting better, and our structure is getting better every game. ▪︎ They create a lot of chances every game! ▪︎ They fight as a team! We are very flexible tactically. There is positive energy around the team. The players are regaining their confidence! Kaizer Chiefs supporters, it's now on us to step up and support the team without forcing hate towards any player in the team. ▪︎ Look at how Nabi and his technical team show love, support, and patience with our players ▪︎ Look at how that is helping these guys never give up on us and our club. Everyone wants to do well here, and we have enough quality to do well this season. Quality is measured by performance, and that's what we are getting. It can only get better when upgrades are brought in. ▪︎ No player is guaranteed a place in the team, that on its own should tell us the coach knows what he's doing when he picks his 11. ▪︎ Let's keep rallying behind the team. We are Kaizer Chiefs!🫡🫡

"It's equally possible we may matter no more to them than those random protozoa in our tap water do to us. In other words, by our meager moral definitions, they may be both good and evil." This is so good, and I've LOVED it since Renate🇳🇴 tweeted it last year. Very Keel-like and may explain some of what we're dealing with. ~~~ The Secret History of Twin Peaks Portions of the government we both served with pride have failed us. They have lied, withheld secrets, acted in their own selfish interests, at the expense of their citizens. And don't believe anyone who tells you this all began in Roswell in ’47. I'm convinced now, that whatever I've glimpsed or encountered and spent my life tracking, has been with us since humankind came down out of the trees. It is not something "out there," in the president's words - they may well have once been our "neighbors" from some distant star, but I believe they were here before us. I believe that were we able to look deeply at the whole of human history, we would see that they have always been here. I believe they have observed, helped, haunted, tormented, and teased us, since the beginning of time, for reasons entirely their own. I believe that they are a multitude, and that their true nature is singular and energetic, not physical. Evolved in some way, light-years beyond our ability to understand, and as a consequence, our limited, linear sense of time means nothing to them. A few of us were chosen, for some strange purpose, to learn more about them. Or perhaps for other reasons. I believe their presence fills more than the skies or these woods. They lie at the root-cause of every extra-normal or paranormal experience our species has recorded: religious, spiritual, scientific, ghostly, inspirational, angelic, and demonic. From the burning bush, to Fatima and Lourdes, to vampires and sky people, monsters and abductions in the night, and Roswell and Homestead and all those strange lights and craft seen for millennia by so many of us in so many skies. I believe all of these phenomena that our puffed-up egos and busy-ant minds persist in trying to label, categorize, penetrate and comprehend, all spring from this same uncanny source. This is the mother of all Others. And were we ever able to set our eyes on its ultimate nature, we would find it as foreign, incomprehensible and indifferent to us as ours would be to bacterial microbes swimming in a drop of water. These final truths you must never forget. We are utterly incapable of knowing their true intent, and their true intent may not be to wish us well. It may be that they're here to guide or even aid our evolution. It's equally possible we may matter no more to them than those random protozoa in our tap water do to us. In other words, by our meager moral definitions, they may be both good and evil. And those precious distinction of ours mean nothing to them. There may be even a good and evil side at play here, and we, our human race, is the game. Let me hasten to add, I hope I'm wrong. That this work being chosen, has deranged me. But Garland, I fear that I am right, and in my right mind. The owls may indeed not be what they seem, but still serve an imperative function. They remind us to look into the darkness. #ufos #uap #aliens #ufoX #paranormal #ghosts #supernatural #twinpeaks

NEW: Joe Lonsdale at Forum debate at RNC midterms takes on right-wing doomers and calls for "big daddy government" to smother AI and data centers. Joe Allen: However flawed it is, at least the desire to bring these guys [Big Tech / AI labs] under control is best met, however flawed it is, through big daddy government. Joe Lonsdale: I appreciate that perspective, that you're very negative on it. Overall, I think you're attributing a little too much to like the ChatGPT consumer interaction and not enough to the way in which industry is using AI to bring back manufacturing, to solve problems, to raise productivity. The only way we all get wealthier is raising productivity. We're already seeing very clearly signs that it has definitely led to job growth, not job destruction. I agree with you -- there are some people running some of these tech companies who seem to have this doomer PR, which as far as I can tell, is retarded. And if you want to punish them for that, I kind of empathize with you... But don't let them trick you. Because what a lot of them want is a big regulatory apparatus that they can capture. Because if you do create something at the federal level, you can bet the guys with trillions of dollars in their pockets can hire a thousand people that are going to find ways to capture that and use it against the rest of us. We have to be very careful, not just to do what the left wants and give the government all this power, which then will get captured, and then we're all screwed. We are the greatest nation on earth, in my opinion, in large part because of our freedom and our property rights and our checks on government power, our checks on corporate power as well. And because of our innovation sector -- it's tied to all of that. If you're on the left, you're worried about the companies. If you're on the right, you're more worried about government ... I think we're really screwed when the companies and the governments work together ...when those guys get together and come after us. That is what they want. So let's just be really, really careful. Whatever we put in place prioritizes competence, and it's not something they're going to be able to capture and use against us.

To prepare ourselves and our communities for rapidly increasing machine intelligence (eg #aialignment), Reforesters bought a building in Brooklyn that will be dedicated to introspective events/journeys, bought 400 acres in upstate NY and planted 35,000 trees/shrubs. Much work ahead on those fronts. We have been thinking on this and preparing for years. Today, I'm excited to announce that we raised $25,000 (so far) for a preliminary AI Alignment contest to encourage open source uses of AI and robotics to scale polycultures and agroforesty. This will be the first of many contests in various disciplines. Details tba October 1, 2023. See video below to understand the work we wish to to scale w/ this first contest. Those who seek an understanding of the framework through which the contest(s) will be judged, feel free to read "Dear Machine". Free PDF here: With the recent, very misguided AI fears pushing for regulations that we believe will increase the likelihood and severity of negative outcomes, we are alight with a sense of urgency to support and encourage the proliferation of an adaptive web of implicitly aligned AIs (which some may refer to as #AGI #ASI #SAIM) to outcompete the perverse, pathogenic AIs that doomers are conjuring into existence. Our future is bright. But our descendants need us to act decisively now and with positivity to fight the age-old trend for humans to build governance systems around good/evil discourse that belies the underlying complexity of our world. We are further fundraising for a series of open source AI alignment prizes if you're inclined to infuse some positive incentives into the ecosystem. Find me. I'm on your side. #dearmachine

Yesterday We Saw Illegal Immigrants Rush Texas National Guard Troops, Here’s What You Don’t See. The Impact On American’s Who Live Right Next To The Chaos 🚨 Man & wife forced to quit their jobs to watch & defend their property 24 hours a day from illegal migrants “It's not right that my wife had to quit her job nine months ago. I had to quit beforehand, get myself prepared down here in Texas because we're next to Eagle Pass, about six hours away, and we quit our jobs nine months ago. And guess what? We have to watch our household day and night to protect our own land down here. And I'm telling you, these illegals that are coming in, get ready people because nobody's doing anything. Nobody's talking. It's all talk. I just want you to know they busted down the gates today over there in El Paso in front of our military, literally busted down the gates, ran right past them, thousands of them. They didn't do anything. Everybody that's coming in by boat in Florida, the Coast Guard ain't doing nothing. They all say they're doing something, but it ain't happening. They're still getting in. They're coming in over in California Major. They're coming in everywhere. We're getting invaded. Am I the only person? I know I'm not, but there's a lot of people like us that are fed up with this and I'm telling you the American people, the real American people, all colors I'm talking, are going to stand up one day. I don't know who's going to bring this message out to do something, but something needs to be done. And trust me, we're ready. Don't think we don't carry and watch our backs day and night. It's seven days a week at our household, day and night, family members watching. This is getting to be a joke, but we're prepared and we're ready. And I'm telling you, it's gonna come your way. If you're more north, it's coming your way. This is ridiculous. You have Mark Zuckerberg, you have Oprah, The Rock, Rick Ross, they're all building underground bunkers. For what? To let us fight out here like ants, because we sure are. It's coming, people. We're getting invaded to the T, to the max. This is the most saddest times I've ever seen. I said everybody three years ago, the black swan's coming, and trust me, it's coming. It's here. We're ready. We're ready to meet our maker. But hey, if we can put a chance to stop to this administration and office, maybe we can. But it's gonna take a whole lot of us to take off our hats and do something. I mean, just like the tax man, where's all of our money going? Does it make any sense? No, it don't. It's ridiculous. It's ridiculous. And you're gonna see 100,000 comments on my channel of people that just make no sense. Like everything's okay, well it's living in a lot of land, but it's not, they're bought and they're paid because you know, you know in your heart that this administration is nothing but pure, pure badness and evil. It's sad and sickening and it's truly embarrassing. And I guarantee you all these other countries are ready, China, Russia, all of them, because we're getting invaded inside out. I don't know what they're up to, but I'm telling you, they're starting to come in people's homes.” I can’t transcribe it all due to X’s text limits but this is an INSANE listen that every American should watch

Continental Football EDITION🗣 Pre-Match Analysis: Kaizer Chiefs vs. ZESCO United📝 ■ Setting the Tone in the CAFCC Today's game is our opportunity to show that we can perform as a solid team and secure a result. We’re playing at home, the supporters will be filling up the stadium, and from how ZESCO performed at their home ground, they haven’t shown enough quality to make us fear them. We need to be brave, show faith in the quality in the team, come out to play, and win. We won’t compromise the result or the principles of our game. We have the players, and domestically, we’ve been getting results. On continental turf, we’ve had contrasting outcomes: loss, draw, win. Now we have the chance to make it 2 wins in a row, giving us momentum for the next fixtures. The coaches have positively influenced games with substitutions, and today, on top of that, we need a strong start, willingness to control, and dominate the match to create better scoring opportunities. ■ Tactical Adjustments Our consistency has been an issue; we often change midfield pairings, like the one of Ndlovu and Maboe, too frequently. In the Betway Premiership, they’ve shown better composure and chemistry. Very exciting once they settle in possession with attacking flair, in continental football, our control is limited because we often have a mentality that forfeits possession. This mentality means we don’t always seek to control the game, and that limits us during moments when we need composure on the ball. We can’t always rely on beautiful football, but we can't also rely on kicking the ball forward aimlessly to win. Some opponents will punish us if we allow them to control the game more than necessary. It’s crucial to choose our moments well and not let opponents dictate play, especially when they have the quality to hurt us with that. ■ Attacking Performance In our previous match against ZESCO United, our attack was blunt. We only managed 1 shot on target, which happened in the 2nd minute. That shot resulted in a goal from a rebound: Silva’s header hit the upright, and Pule Mmodi was onside to tap it in. Apart from those 2 moments in the 1st 2 minutes, we failed to test the goalkeeper for the rest of the match. The keeper made 0 saves, and we only had 5 attempts, with just that 1 goal as the only attempt on target. Our attacking quality was lacking; we couldn’t find Silva, and we got no spark from Mayo as a 10. Even with substitutions at halftime, we couldn’t improve our offensive quality. Our attack needed reshuffling, reviving, and clearer tactical blueprint. ■ ZESCO United’s Threats ZESCO United’s primary attacking threat comes from their left-hand side, particularly with Chilangoshi at LB and Kampamba at LW. Kampamba is a dynamic dribbler who consistently challenges opposing fullbacks, making it essential for Kaizer Chiefs to maintain defensive discipline. Keeping Solomons on the pitch will be crucial for effective defensive recovery. They also have strong CB. Today, we suffocate them with pressure, maintain attacking intensity, fight for every ball, and we make better decisions in the final 3rd. An early goal✅️ The defense and Gk have done a lot of good work. It's time for the midfield and attack to show more consistency. ❤️✌🏾
