I've heard that olives are also nature's cure to migraines. It's anti-inflammatory compounds suppress the same pain pathways ibuprofen (I didn't do the study, but have heard of it). 🫒🍸

110% I used to get migraines anywhere from biweekly to almost weekly a few years back. The two biggest gamechangers for me were: 1. Supplementing Magnesium Glycinate 2. Getting 8 hours of high quality sleep The best part? Those two points are interconnected.

Never had such, but relaxation and sleep requires when training and building muscle.

Mag is fine but sodium chloride may be the silver bullet!
