Breaking News: Trump administration orders green card applicants to leave the US, apply from their home countries (Full News Report) According to fox news U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced on Friday a major shift in immigration policy, dictating that noncitizens in the U.S. who have applied for a green card, or lawful permanent resident status, must leave the country indefinitely — even if they are in the country legally and regardless of whether they have spouses or children with citizenship. Green card petitioners will then be required to wait for their application to be processed outside the country through consular processing via the U.S. Department of State. USCIS said it will grant "adjustment of status" only in extraordinary circumstances, on a case-by-case basis. The Trump administration's position remains that when noncitizens travel into the country via student visas, tourist visas or temporary work status, they are supposed to leave once that term expires and that temporary permission to be in the U.S. should not serve as the first step toward getting a green card. Officials claim the policy reflects the original intentions of the law, though lawsuits and litigation are expected to follow. "We’re returning to the original intent of the law to ensure aliens navigate our nation’s immigration system properly," USCIS spokesperson Zach Kahler wrote in a statement. "From now on, an alien who is in the U.S. temporarily and wants a green card must return to their home country to apply, except in extraordinary circumstances. This policy allows our immigration system to function as the law intended instead of incentivizing loopholes. Kahler added that when noncitizens apply for a green card from their home country, it reduces the need to find and remove those who "decide to slip into the shadows" and remain in the U.S. illegally after being denied residency. "Nonimmigrants, like students, temporary workers or people on tourist visas, come to the U.S. for a short time and for a specific purpose," he said. "Our system is designed for them to leave when their visit is over. Their visit should not function as the first step in the green card process "Following the law allows the majority of these cases to be handled by the State Department at U.S. consular offices abroad and frees up limited USCIS resources to focus on processing other cases that fall under its purview, including visas for victims of violent crime and human trafficking, naturalization applications and other priorities," Kahler added. "The law was written this way for a reason, and despite the fact that it has been ignored for years, following it will help make our system fairer and more efficient." Critics of the policy shift argue many overstays have U.S. citizen spouses or children, pay taxes and fill labor shortages and, if removed from the country, will face long processing delays and humanitarian concerns. It is unclear if Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) will begin deporting green card applicants.

Isaiah Martin: “What is that open border policy? Can you define what that means?” Marc Lorresti: “I can tell you that there were more than 3000 mu*ders committed.” Isaiah Martin: “I’m asking you what is the open border policy? Can you define what that is? What is the policy?” LOPRESTI: “Letting people flow over the border —” Isaiah Martin: “How did they let? There were still immigration officers. What are you talking about?! Define the policy.” Marc Lorresti: “They were instructed to allow those people to come into this country.” Isaiah Martin: “Define the policy though. Are you saying that immigration officers weren’t there along the southern border during the time that Biden was in office?” CNN’s Abby Phillip: *MELTSDOWN* “TPS holders are people who are here because they are fleeing a terrible situation in their home countries. Now, as we pointed out, the United States has a Level 4 travel advisory for Haiti. We are telling Americans don’t go there because of the risk of crime, kidnaping, terrorism, unrest, and limited health care. In the midst of that, the Trump administration has revoked status for TPS holders basically overnight, made those people ineligible to work, essentially made them illegal in this country, and is now saying, you got to go back to that country that you were fleeing from, even though the situation has not changed. So that is what we’re talking about.” You have no country without borders and immigration enforcement!

I am heartbroken and infuriated by the Supreme Court’s despicable decision on TPS for Haitians and Syrians. I plan to introduce a bill to reverse this ruling. This callous ruling will have devastating implications for 1.3 million TPS recipients who have been targeted by Trump despite abiding by the law and contributing to Florida’s economy. The Court selectively ignored Trump’s open racism against Haitians to imply that race was not a factor in this case. We all know better. Hundreds of thousands of families who followed the law, passed multiple criminal background checks, earned work permits, and paid taxes will be torn apart, thrown in ICE jails, or sent back to a nation overrun by criminal gangs who murder and kidnap at will. Haitian-American children—U.S. citizens—will be orphaned, detained in horrific conditions, or deported alongside their parents to imminent danger. Americans will pay even higher prices for groceries, healthcare, housing, and childcare. I have proudly led the fight to protect Venezuelan, Haitian, and Cuban immigrant communities from Trump’s collective punishment. I led nearly 200 Congressional Democrats in an amicus brief defending TPS in this Supreme Court case, and I fought alongside Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley to successfully force a House vote on legislation extending TPS for Haiti. This fight is not over. The mission to protect our law-abiding neighbors from ICE brutality and provide a lawful pathway to permanent status has never been more urgent, and I will continue working tirelessly to achieve those goals.

This is insane So it turns out Donald Trump didn’t order an end to the temporary protected status of the 350,000 Haitians The executive order was made by Biden and was just expiring, but a Federal Judge decided it’s not allowed to expire “This is starting to border on insanity. So Biden administration put in a temporary protection order for 350,000 Haitians. It was done through executive order, so there was no vote, there was no law, there was no legislation. It was just the Biden administration saying, I wanna give these people temporary protected status, which he's allowed to do. Now, when Trump came in office, he could have created an executive order and got rid of it, but he said, I'm not even gonna do that. I'm just gonna let it expire. Like, this is not the Trump administration doing anything. They are just letting the policy from Biden expire when it was supposed to. However, a Washington DC based federal judge, Ana Reyes, who is a Biden appointee, has blocked the Department of Homeland Security from ending temporary protected status, which is, I hate the way that's worded because that's not what they did. No, the Trump administration isn't ending their protected status. They're simply letting the executive order from the Biden administration expire when it was supposed to. And now you have a judge who basically says, You don't get to do that. You don't get to let executive orders expire. That is f*cking insane. This isn't a law. This isn't legislation. Nobody voted on this. This was just the Biden administration saying, I want to temporarily protect these 350,000 Haitians. And Trump saying, okay, I'm gonna let that status expire and they can be deported. And a judge who has no purview in this whatsoever was just like, No, I'm gonna set immigration legislation. I'm gonna set policy….. She doesn't get to do that.”

If Donald Trump had not been elected, data shows Gen Z would have been the last generation to see a White People majority in America “Trump's immigration and visa policies will make America whiter — If current trends continue, the United States white population will rise from 57.5% to 59.8% white alone, not Hispanic or Latino or Middle Eastern or North African by 2029. That is what can be done in three years. Between 90 to 93% of all registered Republicans still support deporting all of those who are in the country illegally - Trump cut refugee admissions from 120,000 to 7,000 for 2026 - ICE and the Department of Homeland Security deported at the very least 500,000 people from the United States, as reported by the New York Times - The Department of Homeland Security claims 605,000. The Center for Immigration Studies, a think tank and not a Government Agency says that 2.1 million foreign born people that were on the census before have left the United States. They did not take the Customs and Border Patrol Homelander program. They didn't get paid to leave. They just willingly left. The Customs and Border Patrol Home Program saw 40,000 people leave willingly taking the $1,000 lump sum last year. The first time since 1965, more people have left this country than come in. More than 1.6 million migrants have lost their legal status in the first 11 months of Trump's administration. And they are awaiting deportation. - We have cut green cards by 2.5 million - H1B and H2B admissions have declined by 50%. - H4 dependents for H1Bs cannot gain citizenship - We are no longer processing visas or citizenship for 80 nation All things considered, the United States should remove more than 12 million immigrants and prevent new entries and visas in Trump's second term The white birth rate has also risen from 1.38 to 1.53. When we're talking demographics, birth rates do matter. And so the white population went through a bottleneck early. Every other population is going through this. China has a birth rate of 0.98 on the path to extinction. If this shows anything, it shows that a nation can make a tremendous turnaround from a track that they have been on for 60 years or more. It only takes that nation making the right decisions and enforcing the law”

Immigration attorney says “I’m really looking forward to the next administration” because the Trump Administration is too strict and she wants more foreigners to be able to live in America She’s even teaching DACA loopholes on how to avoid new Trump Admin rules and stay in America illegally for 5 years and get a green card There have been changes in DACA “The BIA released a decision saying that basically anyone who leaves and comes back on advance parole is no longer eligible to adjust status in the United States for a green card Before this decision, you'd be able to leave and come back on advance parole, and it would not trigger any kind of bars to re-entry or issues when adjusting status. But now, advance parole is considered a departure, which could be a problem for a lot of DACA recipients. So if you have more than 6 months of unlawful presence, meaning you got DACA after turning 18 and 6 months, or you had an expiration in between renewals of more than six months, now it's gonna be an issue when you leave on advance parole 'cause you won't be able to come back without a waiver, and those can take up to three years to process while you're outside the country before you're allowed back in. Now, the most important question is, is it retroactive? No, meaning if you already did advance parole and you're wanting to adjust status in the United States, you should be good to go. So it's an issue for anybody else wanting to apply in the future, however, advance parole is not even a thing right now anyway. The Trump administration has stopped adjudicating them altogether, and this might be the reason why. Second issue, a lot of DACA recipients had removal orders from when they were little because of their parents. Now, if you have a removal order and you're leaving and coming back on advance parole, it'll technically execute your removal order, and you will not be allowed back in” “The BIA has been completely overhauled by Trump, so this surprises no one, and it shouldn't. However, I'm really looking forward to the next administration.” Here’s what that means in simple terms If someone including DACA recipients left the United States temporarily using advance parole and then came back, it did not count as a real “departure.” That meant it usually did not trigger the 3 year or 10 year bars for having been in the US without permission. People could still apply for a green card without issues form the travel The new decision says leaving on advance parole now counts as a departure Keep in mind DACA was always meant to be temporary. This program was never meant to be anything other than temporary

What the Supreme Court just did to Haitian families on Temporary Protected Status is disgusting, dangerous, and wrong. This decision opens the door for hardworking people — mothers, fathers, children, church members, business owners, taxpayers, and neighbors right here in Congressional District 20 — to live in fear of being ripped away from the communities they helped build. And let’s be clear: the people running against me who have already held power should have done something about this a long time ago. We have two sitting members of Congress in this race and a former mayor who is Jamaican, and for years they have watched our Haitian brothers and sisters live on “temporary” status with no real pathway to citizenship. They had the titles. They had the seats. They had the power. But they did not deliver. Temporary Protected Status was never supposed to be a political football. These families should not have been left in limbo for decades. Congress should have created a real pathway for good, hardworking people to earn citizenship, come out of the shadows, and live without fear. I am not here to defend criminals, scammers, or gang members. I am here to fight for the good people — the families, workers, seniors, students, and children who make up the heart of this district. When I get to Congress, I will fight to protect our immigrant families, protect Haitian TPS holders, and push for a real pathway to citizenship. Career politicians had their chance. They failed. That is why I’m running. Luther “Uncle Luke” Campbell for Congress Congressional District 20 Proven Fighter. Voice of the People.
