Spot on. Actually, the ideal fasting should be personal. Individually initiated with a clear purpose. The group fasting ndio uleta shida because not all are committed to the fasting reasons. Even Jesus tried not to compel his disciples to fast with Him.

I have fasted, prayed and did all a Christian should be to other christians. Nimefunguwa nyumba, watoi wako home, I ran to my fellow christians for help but was abandoned. I don't understand how God work 😭. I thought Christianity was for one another in times of good and need.
