I have made something similar. I use bacon grease and butter. Also instead of water, I use broth. Super.. yum. Cabbage on the left. Bacon, butter, broth, grease. I added onions in the gravy this time.

That looks delicious!! I stir fry cabbage with onions, celery, spinach and chicken at least once a week.. I switch up the sauces.. my fave is spicy Szechuan sauce. I’m definitely going to make this recipe❤️❤️
