A couple things I’ve noticed first hand in San Francisco after a year of not being here. Sold my house here during my divorce. Went to college here in the very early 90’s and visited at least 10-12 times a year from 2010-2022. A city I once loved so much and watched grow while keeping all the nostalgic vibes… has gone to complete and utter shit. Yes it smells like piss I mean fresh piss and 70% of the businesses downtown are no longer there. I remember working at the Nordstrom in the San Francisco Centre and how packed and busy the Westfield mall once was to a completely dead space with maybe 5% occupancy. Such a damn shame and I’m disgusted and sorry I do blame Gavin Newsom. Also Waymo’s have taken over. In 24 hours I’ve seen maybe 60 of them. But RIP SFC

Hady Habib is out of the #AusOpen after losing to world no. 14 Ugo Humbert 6-3, 6-4, 6-4 in the second round. Thank you Hady Habib for a decent performance against a top 20 player, thank you for the historical qualification, thank you for the historical first round win. Won’t dig into analysis but I hope Hady builds on this achievement in his career, qualifies maybe to another Grand Slam this year, play some ATP tournaments and why not grab an ATP 250 title maybe. I hope what Hady achieved inspires lots of youth in Lebanon to play tennis. The biggest thank you goes to the Lebanese diaspora and Lebanese-Australians in Melbourne for their incredible and crazy support. (📸 Ig australianopen😅)

A clash occurred between fans after the match between the national #football teams of #Armenia and #Georgia in Tbilisi. After the game, tensions ran high in the stadium, with Georgian fans storming the field and throwing objects toward Armenians. This match was part of the UEFA #NationsLeague play-off phase. "My alarm this morning was 3:45am and we teed off at 6:45am, there wasn't much traffic coming into the golf course, that's for sure! "The hard part was I went to bed at 7:30 and didn't manage to fall asleep until 10. It's one of those things where it's so early, you can't get yourself to go to sleep. "I'd say it's pretty easy following the same routine, I think waking up at 3:45 is never a good thing. It's impossible not to wake up tired. But that's how it is. First out in a Major, you can't complain. I'd rather be here than not!" We caught up with Alex after his first Major round since the 2023 Open. #PGAChamp

Aw 🥺 so MJ's lyrics were mostly included in the chorus part #엠제이 #김명준 #아스트로 #ASTRO The emotions you wanted to capture in the lyrics MJ: my feelings. I wrote the lyrics thinking I should tell what I feel inside. It usually takes 2-3 days for me to write song lyrics. I guess I had a lot to tell Bin. Scottie Scheffler has made golf look easy over the last few years, but he’s clearly frustrated with his game this week: “I felt like I was going to shoot about 90 today. “I don't know if you were out there on the course, but I was going to be hard to find if you were out watching my group. I felt like I got my first birdie putt of the day on the 13th hole. I maybe had one on 11, but I couldn't imagine I hit more than six or seven greens today. So around this golf course, with heavy rough and deep bunkers, you got to be hitting the ball in the right spots and for a long time today that was definitely not the case for me.” Scottie was visibly frustrated yesterday at the Memorial and had a long, heated discussion with his caddie Ted Scott after dunking a ball into the water. After rallying with 3 birdies in his last 6 holes today for a level par 72, he currently sits T20 and he was asked how proud he was to comfortably make the cut after looking in danger earlier in the round: “I think I grind like that every day. I think that's just part of the game. That's maybe some of the worst I've hit it in a couple years out there and I still managed to shoot even par around a golf course that requires to you strike the ball really well. Yeah, I'm definitely very proud of stuff like that. “This tournament was one that definitely could have got away from me, but right now I'm only nine shots back and still have a chance going into the weekend. My app just hit $7.8k/m in revenue. This is how I'm running ads for mobile apps. To hit 10k/m before I quit my job & fly to Vietnam 🇻🇳 Part One: Apple Ads (First $1k/m). • Repeated this a lot so to summarise: 1. $100 free ad credits, ez mode. 2. Run strict keywords on competitor names. 3. Split into tiers for countries & scale the max bid. 4. Use RevenueCat or Superwall for attribution. 5. Give ad spend & transactions to claude: find winners. 6. Measure the onboarding: tighten funnel. 7. Daily budget can be low at first, like $20. 8. The max bid is the important variable here. 9. This will get you to $1k/m. Part Two: TikSl0p Ads ($1k to $10k) • This is much harder to make profit. • But when you do, it's exponential. • Read Open Book's guide on this first. 1. Make ~6 formats, ~12 creatives. 2. Leave campaign targeting super broad. 3. I do $70/day of campaign budget spend. 4. No demographic or interest settings. 5. Let the algorithm find your perfect user. 6. Give each creative $50 of ad spend. 7. After $50, if (close to) profitable then scale. 8. If no profit, then stop the posts. 9. Use realised LTV to begin with. 10. Simple: revenue / paid customers. 11. 400 IQ chad: aim for profit on initial transaction. 12. Ask Rico for unrealised LTV. Can be hard to calculate. 13. Expect to burn a few hundred $$ to find profit. Notes: If you none of your creatives are profitable, then go back to the drawing board and try again. You're taking $50 gambles each time. When you find a winner, it'll repay the initial investments 100x! This is a game of pain tolerance. You need to be able to stomach losing hundreds of $$$ without seeing any returns. Part Three: Scaling. 1. If you're consistently getting > 2x ROAS. 2. Up your campaign budget by 15%. 3. Do NOT increase more than 30%. 4. Otherwise I will be very very cross with you. 5. You'll kill performance. 6. Performance can be volatile. • Measure ROAS over weeks, not days Notes: When you've found a winning creative, create multiple variations of it. We're talking 100 different kinds. I'm being lazy and need to do this more!! Part Four: Experimental Ad Spend ($10k +). • This is the next level: I've gone 0-1. • I've not seen much sauce on X about scaling past this. • So, this is where I'm at now. I'll share it with all of you. My current position is: 1. Trying out other platforms: Meta, IG, etc 2. Continue reinvesting the profits from previous ads. 3. I'm trying multiple new avenues right now: • Paid influencers, UGC, slideshowmaxxing, etc. Keep pushing, we're all gonna win.

All on an Xbox, so no cheating was involved 6 - The steps were datamined 20 hours after this.
