Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison pushed back on DHS claims that the state is not cooperating with ICE, telling CBS News’ Nicole Sganga that Minnesota is "following the law as written" and will not use state resources to carry out federal immigration enforcement. "They're asking us to join them in breaking the law, and we can't do that," Ellison said. "We believe in upholding the law." The Justice Department has subpoenaed multiple high-ranking Minnesota officials, including Ellison, Gov. Tim Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, as part of its immigration obstruction investigation.

The Coast Guard has not publicly pinned the attacks on Iran. But Rear Adm. Amy Grable, commander of U.S. Coast Guard Cyber Command, told CBS News in a network exclusive interview that investigators did find evidence of a malicious cyber actor.
