man after watching the sanjay and craig pilot, i sorta wonder how different things would've been if we kept this version of the lore instead of sanjay just finding craig at a pet store randomly

i believe there was also that pitch bible that was leaked aswell (which yes i've ALSO looked through) and it's all just so interesting to me in my mind i'm just like imagining an alternate universe where we had everything from the pilot and pitch bible instead

both the full pilot and pitch bible can be found on internet archive, though i wanna bring up this from the pitch bible since the original show concept sounds really interesting to me

I think what we ended up getting was way better. Them having just a natural bond instead of Sanjay giving him sentience basically. It would def make an interesting plot point with Craig’s brother

I haven't watched this show in over 10 years what do you mean Sanjay's dad is an inventor

also yes that was brought over to the actual show aswell, though in the show he also works at a store i'm pretty sure they did bring up the whole inventor thing quite a few times also you should totally rewatch the show it's SO GOOD

i really like how the intro sounds here the pitch is different
