Incident occurred in Keller, TX. Arresting officer was demoted & removed from street duty. Father & Son were released, erroneous resisting arrest & "suspiciously winding your window up, unlawful arrest" charges were reimbursed. Lawsuit filled/pending.

These cops are a part of the problem. Either get rid of them and don't allow them to work in law enforcement, retrain them, or suspend them without pay for 30 days.

Dad was literally doing nothing. But when they told him to put his hands behind his back, he should’ve complied. But since he tried to resist, even a little, his credibility goes out the window. Could’ve had a big bag of cash too 💰

Ngl I can understand the kid getting arrested. Rolling up the window with that heavy of a tint who knows what could happen in seconds the door is closed (not saying anything would happen but the cops being cautious. For the dad tho you cant block traffic if there’s no traffic🤦🏾‍♂️

@streetmediatv This incident occurred three years ago. Neither officer involved remains with the organization, a settlement was reached with the family, and the former sergeant pleaded guilty to official oppression last year.

I remember this video. It's been some years now. If I remember correctly, the dad and son got a big payout from a lawsuit.
