"Man On The Corner" was released by Genesis as the final single from "Abacab" #OnThisDay in 1982. Written and sung by Phil Collins - the song would be the first time Phil wrote about the subject of homelessness, later revisiting it in "Another Day In Paradise" and "Tell Me Why".

Video version of @EckhartAurelius's new poem, "Catharsis" This is truly worth watching!

Masterpiece! One of my favourite songs! LYG❤️🎼🎶

Phil should have done this one on the final tour. I cannot believe they didn't perform one track from "Abacab."

One of my favorites. Totally underrated song.

And “Colours” from the same album as ADIP.

Phil is God

I swear there was a video of them playing this in a studio and someone said the tape was lost?

Even their "Pop" songs require careful attention. The downbeat is hard to find in this song. The pulse is always there, but locating the "One" on the Roland drum machine part at the beginning is tricky. CT said the kick and snare part were flipped around, II: Sn K Sn KK :II

Love that guy so much❤️❤️🤩🎼🎤🥁
