By imposing reciprocal tariffs, President Donald J. Trump is leveling the playing field. I spoke on the Senate floor this morning, advocating for tariffs on Vietnam and India who have been RIPPING OFF our catfish and shrimp farmers. 46% tariffs on Vietnam and 26% tariffs on India are BIG WINS for Alabama’s producers.
