This is a 2.5-minute clip of the then Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua threatening Kenya Kwanza MPs to vote for the Finance Bill. Dear Wamunyoro bloggers, how quickly have you forgotten that all MPs from Mt Kenya voted for the Finance Bill, including your “sacred son” Ndindi Nyoro? In fact, he was the one who drafted it as the Budget and Appropriations Committee Chairman. All Kenya Kwanza MPs voted for it, while all Azimio MPs opposed it. No Wamunyoro blogger should lecture us about the Finance Bill. The only people with a moral standing to do so are the ODM MPs and Gen Zs. The late Ol Kalou MP David Kiaraho voted for that Finance Bill, as instructed by his coalition principals, President William Ruto and then DP Rigathi Gachagua, It is not a crime! We live in a democracy, and party discipline is vital. And by the way, there was nothing wrong with the Finance Bill, we were just too emotional, and some people wanted to take advantage.
