Laura Kuenssberg: “If a Labour MP votes against you this week when winter fuel {allowance} is debated in the House of Commons, will you suspend them or kick them out of the party?” Keir Starmer: “Well, that will be a matter for the Chief Whip and we will assess that as we go along.” Keir Starmer then goes on to say that (regarding the winter fuel allowance removal for pensioners), “every Labour MP was voted in on a mandate to deliver change for the country.” This is horrendously disingenuous. No Labour MP was voted in to remove the winter fuel allowance for millions of pensioners. It wasn’t in their manifesto.

Just listen to this. This is segments of Keir Starmer's speech in the debate about whether Boris misled the house. "Honesty, integrity and *telling the truth* matters in our politics" "Everybody should vote for this to uphold those principles" But because HE'S now misled the house, those principles no longer matter so he's going to whip his MPs to vote it down. Keir Starmer is a colossal hypocrite. The man makes me sick.
