Gooey Cinnamon Rolls Dough 1 tsp yeast 2 tbsp sugar 343 g milk (about 1½ cups) 480 g flour (about 4 cups + 2 tbsp) 1 tsp salt 60 g softened butter (about 4 tbsp) Filling 140 g softened butter (10 tbsp) 140 g brown sugar (about ⅔ cup) 3½ tbsp ground cinnamon Butter Vanilla Frosting 85 g softened butter (6 tbsp) 180 g powdered sugar (about 1½ cups) 1tbsp vanilla extract Instructions In a bowl, mix the yeast, sugar, and milk. Add the flour and mix until combined. Add the salt and softened butter, then stretch and fold (or coil fold) until the butter is fully incorporated. Cover and let the dough rise for about 2 hours, or until doubled in size. Roll the dough into a large rectangle. Spread the softened butter evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with the brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut the dough into 6 long strips, then roll each strip into a cinnamon roll. Sprinkle a little of the cinnamon sugar mixture into the bottom of the pan, then place the rolls on top. Cover and let them rest for 15 minutes. Mix a little milk with 1 tbsp melted butter, then spoon about 2 tbsp of the mixture over each cinnamon roll. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown. As soon as they come out of the oven, cover them with a clean kitchen towel until warm. Then spread the frosting on top. That's the key to extra-soft cinnamon rolls. 🎥 halikit25 | IG

Frosted Blueberry Banana Loaf ingredients: 3 very ripe bananas 3/4 cup maple syrup 1/3 cup oil (i like avocado oil) 1 tsp vanilla 1 egg 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 11/2 cups AP flour 2 cups wild blueberries Instructions In a bowl, mash bananas until you can mix well. next add wet ingredients: maple syrup, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Once wet ingredients are mixed in, add baking soda, baking powder and salt. Slowly add in flour, careful not to over mix. add in blueberries. Pour into a bread pan and top with more blueberries if you'd like. Bake at 350 for about an hour and 10 minutes to an hour and 30 minutes. Baking time will vary depending on if you use fresh or frozen blueberries. For the glaze, i added 2 cups of powdered sugar into a bowl along with a tsp of vanilla and a handful of mashed blueberries. Mix while slowly adding a couple splashes of heavy cream until you get a super thick and creamy consistency. Pour ontop of cooled bread and let set for about 10 minutes and serve! 🎥 allielaroseeee | IG

This might be the easiest sandwich rolls you’ll ever make! Just mix 4 cups flour, 2 tsp instant yeast, ½ tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 2 cups warm water, and 1 Tbsp olive oil. With wet hands, fold the dough over on itself eight times — that’s literally all the “kneading” it needs. Let it rise for an hour, cut into 6 pieces (no fancy shaping), and bake at 440°F for 30 minutes. You end up with crusty outside, soft chewy inside perfection. Perfect for sandwiches or just with butter.

This homemade version is super simple, uses stuff you probably already have in the pantry, and one jar makes about eight packets worth. It’s a little money saver, but the bigger win is knowing exactly what’s going in it — and being able to tweak it however you like. Recipe: ½ cup cornstarch, 3 Tbsp beef bouillon, 1 Tbsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp black pepper Optional: ½ tsp thyme + ½ tsp paprika Mix it all together and store it in a jar. To make gravy: 2 Tbsp mix + 1 cup water. Whisk water and gravy mix in a saucepan and bring to a boil. It's ready in just a few minutes. Do you still buy the packets or do you make your own?

POV Wife teaching me how to make injeolmi for the first time. You can find these at your local Korean supermarket (not the cookies n cream). POV wife used to sell these at her shop and the cookies and cream was something she came up with and it was the top seller. Injeolmi 400g sweet rice flour On a separate bowl mix: 350g water 30g sugar 1 tsp salt Slowly mix in the water mix to the sweet rice flour. Refrigerate the sticky dough for 1-2 hours (or longer). Steam on high for 15mins. Knead the dough by hitting it for chewy texture. Do not refrigerate after this step. Cut it into 1-1.5 inch cubes and add injeolmi powder. Making injeolmi powder: 1 cup of soybeans washed and dried. Roast the beans for ~15mins or until it browns. Let it cool then grind into fine powder. Sift to make it more fine, and add sugar to make it sweet (optional). For cookies and cream flavor: 400g sweet rice flour 15g cocoa powder (sift) The water mix: 350g water 15g sugar 1 tsp salt For the powder: 1 cup of oreo cookies with whites removed. This pollo asado recipe is probably top 5 best recipes that I've had the pleasure of making. I came across this recipe in Reddit while trying to find how to make Dino's Chicken in Los Angeles, CA (iykyk). This recipe resembled similar flavors but was different. I made some modifications to it which I think improved it. Here it is. 2 whole chicken cut to remove neck and wing tips (~9lbs). Or you can use leg & thigh. Adjust the recipe for the amount of chicken you prep. Slice each section of the chicken (breast, thigh, leg) 2-3 times all the way to the bone. This is so it cooks evenly and gets marinaded well. For the marinade, mix together: 4 packets of Sazon Goya con culantro y achiote powder (about 2-3 tbsps) 1 Tbsp of ground annatto powder (this is to give it the red color) 2 Tbsp oregano (preferably Mexican oregano for a more citrusy flavor) 3 Tbsp chopped garlic 2 tsp granulated garlic powder (for a more rounded garlic flavor) 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp red pepper flakes 4 Tbsp distilled white vinegar 4 Tbsp soy sauce 1/2 cup olive oil 1 1/2 cup chicken stock 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper Marinade the chicken in a large ziploc bag preferably overnight in the fridge. Cook over open flame for best flavor and crispy texture.
