Some great stuff here from Lance Leipold when I asked him about advice he'd give to younger coaches. "Don't worry about the logo, don't be afraid to do anything asked of you... Find a place to coach. Football is football..." Says if you get into it for the money it's a disservice to the kids and yourself. I'll talk more about Klieman + Leipold's advice to young coaches this Sunday on K-Nation.
