MARCUS RASHFORD RED CARD 🟥 Was this the right call?

In modern football, if you tackle someone on their shin and their foot is planted, it is a red card. You can hate it all you want, but this is what every league is doing now. Maybe this wasn't a red 5 years ago, or 10 years ago, but it is now and will be forever going forward

Every sip tastes better with The Trump Red Wave Mug. 😋 Bask in this historical moment and celebrate for FOUR MORE YEARS! Let's go! 🇺🇸 MAGA! 🔥🔥🔥

absofuckinglutely not

I despise United. That was NOT a red card. Barely a yellow.

Not a red, he's shielding the ball and not even looking at the other player

No. There’s nothing to this UNTIL you slow it down to 1/64 speed. We’ve see VAR ignore studs up at knee level. United getting dry-fucked by VAR yet again.

Of course it wasn’t. It’s a joke, but the game is soft AS FUCK now so it’s typical

If that's not a red card you might as well allow weapons.

No. Player is sticking his foot in to go for the ball and Rashford is trying to shield it. He’s stepping across him and accidentally steps on him. He’s not even looking at him. If you’ve played the game you know that’s never a red. Stop refereeing the game in slow motion.

At the time he went to view it, the ref knew the player was up and walking about. Did Rashford intend the foul? Hard to say but unlikely. Did he catch his shin/ankle badly? Yes. I'd say it was probably unintentional but maybe reckless the way he stepped across...foul and yellow.

Game is being ruined being re-refereed
