This lady’s daughter is cleaning out her freezer, she argues that food never expires when it’s frozen. She has so much food buried in there that some of it she can’t remember when she even put it in. Her daughter was finding food from 2007. Many of these parents grew up in an era where food wasn’t as plentiful, so as they grew up they are taught not to waste or throw away food. If the daughter didn’t clean out that freezer, I don’t think she would have thrown anything away. Anyone have to ever go over your parents house and do this too?

80% of pitching velocity comes from rotation. The biggest mistake I see is guys trying to rotate by pushing hard down the mound. They try to push to create as much linear momentum as possible. That’s actually the wrong way to approach it. When you push, it becomes much harder to rotate effectively. Rotation is where most of your pitching velocity comes from. Hip to shoulder separation is responsible for about 80 percent of your velocity. If you take away from that separation, you’re taking away from your velocity. That’s why even from your knees you should be able to throw about 80 percent of your top velocity. What we want to do is maximize rotation and create as much separation as possible. Your pelvis fires toward the target while the ribcage, shoulders, and pec stay back. That stretch creates torque through your torso. That torque is what propels the arm through the throw. A woman and her parents were out for breakfast at their local eatery. During their meal they notice a woman sitting at the table across from them. No matter how polite the server was to them she kept laying into the server about her food and kept sending the food back. After the fourth time she sent her food back, the server burst into tears and cried, she tried to explain that she does t cook the food she only serves it. After seeing this, the mom goes over there and lets her have it and tells her off for treating the server like that. If you were out to eat and saw customers treating their server horribly, wouldn’t you step up and say something too?
