Carney, who founded the Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero, also known as GFANZ, with multibillionaire Michael Bloomberg, focused on Net Zero projects. He was also the UN's Special Envoy on Climate Action and Finance. The only difference between Carney then and today, is that he's now in charge of billions of taxpayer dollars to reach his Net Zero ambitions. It appears, nothing has changed. We still cannot make the weather but we are being overtaxed to try to. The worst part of it all: this is to distract from his failure in negotiating with the US.
