MARK CUBAN JUST NAMED THE PLAYBOOK: "Get into Claude, learn all the agentic stuff, then go after small businesses because they won't know how to do it." One sentence. The skill. The tool. The customer. People who figured this out early didn't wait for someone to hire them. They...

🚨 this chinese guy makes over $1,000,000 a year… by building AI agents. no employees. no massive startup. he just keeps building. while most people are still asking ChatGPT random questions, he’s using Claude to build software that solves real problems. this is what people call vibe coding. he opens Claude and says: “build me an AI agent for real estate businesses that creates property videos.” Claude writes the code. builds the interface. adds subscriptions. helps deploy the app. within a day, he has a working product. then he starts building the next one. that’s the part most people don’t understand. he isn’t trying to build one billion-dollar company. he’s building dozens of AI agents, each solving one problem for one industry. → an AI agent for dentists → an AI agent for ecommerce brands → an AI agent for podcasters → an AI agent for real estate businesses each one automates work that people normally do by hand. each one is built with simple prompts. each one can become a real business. the crazy part? you don’t need to be a software engineer anymore. you need to know how to think like a builder. how to spot problems. how to explain solutions to AI. and how to ship. that’s exactly why i’m reading this article: “How to Actually Build Your First AI Agent.” because this is the skill that’s creating the next generation of builders. the people who learn to build AI agents today won’t just use AI. they’ll own the tools everyone else ends up paying for.

Mark Cuban just told every software company on Earth they’re already dead. The people inside them are still building roadmaps. Cuban: “Software is dead because everything’s going to be customized to your unique utilization.” Every SaaS company was built on one bet. Software stays rigid. Humans stay adaptable. You learn the tool. You bend to it. You pay for someone else’s version of your solution. AI just inverted that. The tool bends to you or it dies. Cuban: “33 million companies aren’t going to have AI budgets, aren’t going to have AI experts.” 33 million businesses feel something shifting beneath them. None can name it. The distance between what AI can do and what small companies can access is the most mispriced gap in markets today. Not a technology problem. A translation problem. Cuban: “Learn all you can about AI but learn more on how to implement them in companies.” Everyone is racing to build intelligence. Almost nobody is racing to deploy it where the pain is deepest. The person who walks into a 40-person company and rewires their entire operation captures more value than the team that trained the model. Understanding pain is now worth more than building intelligence. Cuban: “Every single job available for kids coming out of school because every single company needs that.” The most important career of the next decade has no title. No degree path. No university knows it needs to exist yet. It belongs to whoever learns two languages fluently. The language of a business that can’t articulate what’s breaking. And the language of an AI that doesn’t know where to aim. 33 million companies. Zero translators. Whoever arrives first doesn’t enter a market. They create one.

Mark Cuban just described the largest wealth transfer of the AI era. Almost nobody understood what he said. Cuban: “There are 33 million companies in this country. Aren’t going to have AI budgets. Aren’t going to have AI experts.” Not tech startups. The shoe store. The regional trucking outfit. The accounting firm with 12 employees. The businesses that actually run the physical economy. They know AI is coming. They have no idea what to do with it. Cuban: “You’ve got the head of Microsoft saying software is dead because everything’s going to be customized to your unique utilization.” Software is dead. The SaaS era ran on one rule. Build a generic product. Force millions of companies to bend their workflows around it. Charge rent forever. AI ends the contract. The business stops bending to the software. The intelligence bends to the business. But customized by whom. The third-generation manufacturer cannot tell Claude from Gemini. The county hospital is staring at a reactor asking where the light switch is. Cuban: “Who’s going to do it for them?” That question is worth more than the frontier models themselves. Hundreds of billions are being burned to build the foundation. The smartest engineers alive are locked in a bloodbath over who owns the base layer. Let them fight. Let them burn the capital. Let them drive the cost of raw intelligence toward zero. Because the wealth does not collect where the brain is built. It collects where the brain meets the business. Every ambitious kid in college right now thinks survival means a seat at OpenAI or Anthropic. Cuban is staring at the other 99 percent of the economy. Learn the models. Then learn the messy, unglamorous reality of how a 50-person company actually operates. Walk through the door. Understand their problems. Wire the intelligence directly into their revenue. That is not a job title. That is an entire economic class being born. You do not need to build the brain. You need to build the nervous system. The biggest winners of the electricity era were not the engineers who built the generators. They were the ones who walked into dark factories and showed the owners where to plug in. 33 million companies are standing in the dark right now. Silicon Valley is racing to build the god. The fortunes will belong to whoever teaches him a trade.

A 15 year old American walked into a barbershop and asked the owner to google his own business. The owner laughed and said why would I google myself, I know where I am. The kid said just do it. He did. His barbershop didn't show up. Not in the AI answer at the top of Google. Not in ChatGPT when you ask for the best barbershop nearby. Not in Meta AI. Three AI systems that millions of people use to find local businesses and his shop was invisible in all of them. The kid turned his phone around and showed him what does show up. His competitor two blocks away. Worse reviews, fewer years in business. But that guy appeared in every AI recommendation because his website had the right structure. The barber stopped laughing. The kid said: I can fix this. $800. Give me one week. He learned the whole thing from Claude Code three months earlier. Asked one question: how do people find local businesses now and what's changing? Claude explained that AI systems are replacing traditional search and most local businesses aren't optimized for it because most marketers don't even know it's happening yet. Claude Code built him a tool that checks whether any business appears in AI responses across ChatGPT, Google AI Overview and Meta AI. He types in a business name and sees exactly where they're visible and where they're not. Then Claude taught him how to fix it. He walked into the barbershop with the problem and the solution already in his pocket. 8 clients at $800 each in month one. Every satisfied owner referred him to the next one. The barbershop told the dry cleaner. The dentist told the orthodontist. The car wash told the tire shop. He didn't run a single ad. $14,000 in month one. By month two he stopped walking into businesses. They were calling him. He's 15. Can't drive to his clients. His mom drops him off and waits in the car while he walks into a business with a laptop and walks out 20 minutes later with an $800 contract. She asked him last week what he actually does in there. He said I show people that they're invisible and then I make them visible. She said that sounds like a scam. He showed her his bank account. She stopped calling it a scam. Most marketers are still selling Facebook ads and SEO packages. This kid is selling something they haven't figured out exists yet. AI visibility. The new front door to every business. And he's the only one in his city with the key. He found that key by asking Claude Code one question. The answer built him a $14,000 a month business before he got his learner's permit.
