Brilliant thankyou @wekesa_amos and team.I am a 1968 baby.Started taking coffee as a child Uganda Coffee Shop (Gou owned),Wimpy Mbale(yes we had it),Mbale Hotel etc.Elgon Pride is still on the Loving Culture is coming back into Mbale City.

We must start and continue to have these conversations and talk about Uganda in a positive light. We have a strong coffee heritage here as a people: Uganda is the birthplace of Robusta Coffee. For long Coffee has been at the centre of many cultural rituals in Uganda like Buganda (Emwanyi and blood rites and friendship). Uganda is a major global coffee producer. Coffee is a major and top forex earner for Uganda. Note: It is important to note that many Ugandans, either directly or indirectly, have experienced the transformative impact of coffee. With agriculture employing about 80% of the population, the majority of coffee farmers are small-scale, household farmers. This means that coffee plays a pivotal role in placing income directly into the hands of countless Ugandans, empowering families and communities across the nation.

When it comes to marketing learn from Rwanda But I admire individuals like @wekesa_amos who understand that concept than those in charge.The testimonies are just not enough to market a destination as beautiful as Uganda
